I had a dental procedure done with dr.Kaufman. I was extremely nervous and he did a wonderful job of calming me down, explaining to me in terms that were comfortable, and doing everything he could to make me physically comfortable. Him and his team were beyond professional yet so welcoming. I would recommend them to everyone if I could (:

Dr. Kaufman spent a lot of time diagnosing and explaining my dental issues and treatment options, and I never felt that he was rushing to get to his next patient like some other dentists do. Both Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Yang provided me with excellent dental work with no pain, despite the extensive work that was required. Dr. Kaufman is a very caring and warm person, as are all the people working at 286 Madison Dental, and I highly recommend their services. The office staff was especially helpful with dealing with my dental insurance company. I wish that I had come to Dr. Kaufman years ago, as I had the misfortune of having my previous dental work botched by 3 other dentists.

If Dr. Kaufman tells you that you urgently need expensive periodontal procedures, I very strongly recommend that you get a second opinion -- unless you're not worried about the medical and financial risks of getting completely unnecessary treatment.

My most recent visit was to have gum surgery on the upper right side of my mouth, to finish from the previously done upper left side. The procedure was a breeze and Dr. Kaufman was excellent and professional as usual. Recovery was great and the follow ups have been great as well. Awesome experience as usual!
