The positive energy of the office put me quickly at ease. Dr. Robertson and his assistant took their time talking to me about my issue and provided answers to my questions. I will be returning as a new patient. Very pleased overall.

Well had to have a Tooth removed . Dr. Robertson looked like a dog busy on a chain he ran to the Left then took off running to Right. Then Pop came out Faster than Whistle !!! Well going to Elgin Dental is always like going home. They treat you like Family give you the Best treatment that you can receive. Staff is always Friendly and Professional !!!

Office staff nice, but once in dentist chair not too willing to help with my problem. Seemed very financially motivated. Prices seemed high also. Won't return.

They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and provide the best of service. Whenever we have had a dental emergency they have always seen us ASAP. Gina is great ..she knows what she is doing and is very thorough.My teeth always feel so clean after she is finished. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and very concerned about their patients. Renee is a very hard worker and very knowledgable when it comes to Insurances and finances. I love the way they upgraded the office.

I came in for a tooth extraction and now I love this place. I have extreme anxiety and dental work is no exception. They noticed how stressed I was and did everything to help me calm down!! They played music, they had a thing the dentist referred to as a 'wiggle bug' and it took my mind of the injections. They even had a massage setting on the chair!!! I truly feel like I got specialilty care and I am excited to return here for future dental work! And best of all its reasonably priced!

Totally the best experience I've had at a dentist even though I had a tooth pulled. Everyone I've met there are very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel good paying the fees charged because they seemed very reasonable. I'm glad I can say I have a dentist now.

Everybody in the clinic was fabulous - very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in for a toothache the day I called and the problem was taken care of immediately. I will definitely be returning for regular dental exams.
