This was my first visit to this office, it was a fabulous experience. I had to have a tooth removed, the entire visit and procedure was excellent, from the entire front office staff , including the dentist and his assistants, I would highly recommend going to Elgin Dental. It was a very pleasant experience.

It has been a LONG time since I went for check up, I was quite nervous, but from my cleaning which was pain free because my hygienist used topical ointment through to my fillings, which also was pain free I had nothing to fear... by far THE BEST from front desk on.. very pleased...for sure I'll be coming back

I recently went to Elgin Dental Care for the first time while trying to find a new dentist office close to where I work. I don't think I could have found a better dentist. I think I had the best possible experience I could have considering the circumstances. Every single person on the team there was friendly and professional to me. At every step of the way I was provided with an explanation and asked if I had any questions. It had been about 4 years since my last visit to a dentist's office, and I knew there would be some issues to take care of. The team there was great about explaining what they found during the exam and what my options were. I'm always concerned about cost because my insurance coverage isn't the best, and the team there walked me through each treatment item and what my out of pocket expense would be. The office is nice, and definitely comfortable. They seem to be outfitted with new technology as well because the x-ray device they used for my x-rays seemed brand new. It was handheld and I understand it emits minimal radiation. Dr. Breen was patient, friendly, professional, and great as making sure I understood what was going on. My hygienist, Tammy was incredibly friendly and effective. She did an amazing job at walking me through the process while giving me feedback along the way. The team seemed competent and efficient at every step. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Great experience! Every visit I am greeted warmly by all the staff. Dr. Breen was very kind and thorough with my exam. I would definitely recommend this dentistry.

Friendly staff! Doctor Breen is nice, also knowledgable. Staff lets you know costs and work with your insurance to get what you need done covered best. My family has been seen in this office for many years! I highly recommend their preventive care as well as restorative work!

The dentist and staff are all very good at what they do. I have severe anxiety about the dentist and they were able to keep me calm and do all of the procedures needed pain-free. Would completely recommend.

I met Dr. Kevin Breen for the first time this past week. I was very impressed with him and his skills and will continue to use Elgin Dental Care. The staff is always friendly. I would highly recommend this practice.

The Elgin Dental Care staff are great - so friendly and outgoing. They were great in able to get me in same day when I was having tooth pain. Not much of a wait and were thorough to provide what was needed.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Elgin Dental Care! All the staff were extremely kind and compassionate, taking extra care and consideration for my care during my pregnancy. The receptionist, Sheryl was very kind and took the time to work with my insurance. I had Tami as my hygienist, who was kind, sweet, and personable. She gave me great advice to improve my overall oral health and was very knowledgeable about all questions asked. The dentist, Dr. Shanice was very kind and knowledgeable as well. She is relatable to her patients to keep them at ease during their appointment. Overall very good experience. I look forward to going back to receive excellent care!

I had a cleaning back in December. I was told by the dentist that I had 3 cavities. I've never had a cavity in my life and was completely shocked. I was told by other family members of mine who've been to this practice to get a 2nd opinion, because they've been misinformed that they needed unnecessary work on their teeth as well by this same dentist. Today I went and saw Dr. Lodding in Elgin (HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER THIS LADY) and was told that I did not have ANY cavities and my teeth are "perfect". This place is a total scam. A new dentist takes over this practice almost every single year. It's like a revolving door. GO ELSEWHWERE!!!! This dentist has no idea what she is talking about.

Love, love, love Elgin Dental care. The office staff are soooo nice. They make you feel so welcome when you walk in. I never have to wait for my appointment. Always on time. I'd like to send a shout out to Tammy, my dental hygienist. She is awesome. Super gentle and professional. I would highly recommend this practice!!

Been looking for dentist for the past years, none impressed me until i finally find Elgin Dental Care accidentally. I was so impressed by the doctor's self introduction and decided to give it a try. Super impressed and decided to stay and joined their dental plan.

My husband and I have been patients of this practice for over 40 years. While the dentists, assistants, hygienists and office staff have changed over the years, we are very pleased with the care currently being provided by Dr. Shanice and the rest of the staff!
