Dr. Kelly Last, a native of Colorado, graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Dr. Last strongly believes in the importance of continuing education to the practice of dentistry and attends numerous hours of education annually. Additionally, she is a member of several local and national study clubs and professional organizations, including the ADA, CDA, MDDS, the highly prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy and IAOMT. Dr. Last is excited and honored to provide the highest quality dentistry with a focus on personalized care to the residents of Evergreen. Her commitment to compassion, integrity and precision are the hallmarks of her practice.

Dr. Last has been married to her husband, Rob, since 2008, and they are happily raising their two children, Simon and Olivia, in addition to their fur babies, a goldendoodle and two cats. She loves spending time with her family and of course enjoys all the mountain activities that Colorado has to offer, especially hiking, snowboarding and sailing on Lake Dillon. She is also very passionate about the practice of yoga and the daily practice of meditation (which helps keep her sane). When she's not working to make you smile, she can be found providing free dental services to members of our community who are in need through organizations such as the Dental Lifeline and Donated Dental Services.

Deb is a native of Colorado, born in Walsenburg. Deb graduated from Colorado College of Medical & Dental Careers, and has been in dentistry since 1985. Deb has one daughter who is her best friend & pride & joy, as well as three fur babies, Cali, Cooper & Balsey. Deb enjoys being outdoors, often camping, fishing & enjoys cooking. Deb takes pride in her role as an assistant, and derives great joy from helping her patients feel comfortable while getting the care they need.

Donna has been with Elevation Dental since 2019 and considers herself very fortunate to be a part of such an incredible practice. She has been a Dental Assistant for over 30 years and truly enjoys helping patients smile with confidence. Donna moved to Colorado from Florida with her husband Nelson in 1995 and loves the wide-open spaces and diverse wildlife. Donna and Nelson call the foothills home, along with their two cats. Donna enjoys camping, boating, travel, and has a passion for all animals. In the past, Donna has been a Docent with multiple zoos and has volunteered with the Colorado Horse Rescue.

Nikole has been a registered dental hygienist for 16 years and loves it! She graduated from C.U. Heath Science Center in 2004 with a B.S. degree. She grew up in Wisconsin and loves spending time in the Colorado outdoors. Nikole enjoys skiing, yoga, road biking, and spending time with her two daughters, Summer and Hannah.

Jodie was born in Denver, CO but raised in Ft. Wayne, IN. As a kid, her family would visit Colorado during the winter months to go skiing and she always dreamed about returning home. After graduating from Indiana University Dental Hygiene Program in Ft. Wayne in 2007, Jodie joined the United States Navy and served on active duty for 6 years as a dental hygienist. She was stationed on the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) and was deployed to the Middle East in 2010. Jodie enjoyed serving her country and is grateful for the opportunity! After serving in the military, Jodie and her husband Adam moved to Colorado in 2015. They now reside in the Applewood neighborhood with their 2 sons, Luke and Matthew. When shes not working, Jodie enjoys running, skiing, hiking, camping and anything outdoors!

Emily has lived in Colorado for over 20 years and moved from Summit County to the Denver area a little over a year ago. After obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Spanish and Visual Arts at UNC, she continued her education by completing her degree in Dental Hygiene at CCD. She values her relationships with patients and enjoys taking an individualized approach to ones needs. Emily is enthusiastic about overall wellness and maintains a progressive outlook as she enjoys learning and continuing education. Spending time with friends and family, mountain biking, painting and traveling are among just a few of her favored hobbies. She is grateful to be part of this team and looks forward to creating long-lasting relationships with her patients and staff at Evergreen Dental!

Carolee completed Dental Assisting school in 2013 and assisted clinically for a dental office in Boulder before moving on to Practice Management and Insurance/Specialty Coordinating. Carolee strives to educate patients about their insurance benefits, and works with precision to ensure claims are submitted with accuracy. Eager for a change of scenery, she and her daughter Teala, along with their dog Oliver, relocated to Colorado in 2012. Carolee and her husband, Jamie (a Colorado native), have great appreciation for living the Mountain Life at 9100 ft and consider themselves very lucky to enjoy observing the abundance of moose and other wildlife around their property. Carolee and Jamie value spending time with their daughter, Teala, rescuing senior dogs, entertaining friends and family, and are often found jeeping, snowshoeing, hiking, and just enjoying colorful Colorado and living life to the fullest. Carolee loves her Nebraska Family, but couldnt be happier to call Colorado Home!

Colleen was born and raised in Michigan. After graduating from Central Michigan University, she visited Colorado and fell in love with the mountains! She moved here and has never looked back.Colleen met her husband in 2001 and they were married in 2004 in Estes Park. They began their family in 2007 and have two amazing boys! Wanting to be closer to the mountains they moved to Evergreen in 2012. No matter the season, Colleen and her family love to be outdoors. They love skiing and snowboarding in the winter and can be found mountain biking, road riding, hiking and camping in the summer. Every summer they ride the Courage Classic, as a family, to raise money for the CCBD (Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders) at Children's hospital. In the 2019 tour they completed the Copper Triangle riding 80 miles over 3 mountain passes and, as a team, raised thousands of dollars for cancer research. Prior to becoming a mother, Colleen's career consisted of varying roles in purchasing, visual merchandising, marketing and sales. After having a son with special needs, Colleen's focus and passions shifted. In addition to working for Elevation Dental, she also works as an RBT (registered behavior technician) doing ABA therapy with kids who have different needs, such as autism. When she's not working or hanging out with her family, Colleen loves to trail run, read, garden and love on her dogs and cat!
