My experience at Elevated, was just that...ELEVATED! I came in as a new patient and even scheduling was easy. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. I was given a tour of the office, and they had a cute little welcome bag on my seat for me. I worked with Shae and she was so great at explaining everything and addressing my concerns. Between her and Dr. Larsen I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

This is such a great office! First visit and we instantly felt at home. Kayla at the front desk is so kind and helpful. I brought my toddler in after he fell and bruised his gums. The staff were amazing with him, let him play with the equipment. He even had a "light saber" fight with Dr. Larsen holding the air and water tubes. Not a single tear from my little one, he loved it. We live half an hour away, but it's definitely worth the drive, I'll be coming back with the rest of my family!

The past couple of years I had several teeth that broke apart because of fillings that had fallen out. I tried to pull out a couple of remaining teeth myself because of the cost and fear of embarrassment that I new I would have of going to the dentist. Safe to say that my teeth were in shambles. After getting a terrible tooth ache, my sister told me about an event that a local dentist was having called Elevated Dentistry from the Heart that let someone have dental treatment free for the day. As apprehensive as I was, I fought past my feeling of embarrassment and went in. I was taken in by the team at Elevated and was treated with kindness, understanding, and compassion. I never felt like I was being judged for my poor teeth, in fact, everyone at Elevated treated me like I was a member of their family. Dr. Garen Larsen worked his magic and he and his wonderful team went above and beyond to provide the treatment I needed, quite possibly treating an infection that could have caused serious health problems if not death. Yes, I ended up losing several teeth but I am now able to work on rebuilding my smile and feel happy and welcome to have Elevated Family Dentistry with me for this journey. Thank you Dr. Garen Larsen and the whole team (family) at Elevated for helping me have a better life.

Went to the dentist for the first time in a few years and had the best experience!!! Shantel was amazingly patient with me and spent extra time with me to help me feel comfortable! 5 stars in all areas!!! Had a new patient appointment with this practice and let me begin with saying that Dr. Richards, Dr. Larsen, Shantel, Katelyn, and staff absolutely surpassed my expectations and more. Like many people, I get very nervous and anxious making a trip to the dentist but my comfort and care were made a top priority the minute I walked into the door. The voice they provide their patients in their care and related communication was remarkable and greatly appreciated. You can tell they really care about their patients, they were very transparent, and the office/treatment areas were extremely clean. As someone who works in healthcare, I found all of these qualities to be very impressive. This appointment was hands down the most positive experience I have ever had at a dental office and not once did I feel like just another number in the queue. I would recommend Elevated Family Dentistry to anyone & everyone and would even travel a great distance to return here. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I just visited Elevated Family Dentistry for the first time. The staff could not have been more friendly. The dentist as well was very friendly and very professional. I watched TV as they replaced a filling that had come loose. I didn't feel anything the whole time, and they didn't leave me choking, like some places have in the past. And it doesn't hurt that their views of the mountains are beautiful. The whole experience was great. Could not recommend them more. Follow-up: I had a less-than-ideal experience on a recent visit and changed my rating to three stars. They called me to apologize and explain what happened on my visit. I appreciate the thoughtfulness, which is what I had come to expect from Elevated Dentistry. They deserve five stars.

We used to love going here but since they have moved to the new office it feels very much like a car dealership. They have brought on new dentists and not told us so we don't get to see Dr. Larsen most of the time. Their pricing is so expensive even with their "in house plans". I went in for my son's 2 teeth that were super wiggly but he wouldn't let us pull them. They looked like they were growing in weird so I went to make sure there was no issue or infection. Then before I knew it they were "pulling" 3 teeth 2 of which the dentist used his fingers to just pull right out. We were charged $600! I couldn't believe it. My husband went in for a 6 month checkup and all the sudden in 6 months has 8 cavities! Yeah right! It's crazy to me! It is very much a money making practice so beware!

Other dental offices just don't compare to Elevated Family Dentistry. From their comfort menu, tour, financial options, and complementary snack bar, nothing beats it! The staff is highly trained and professional, as well as a Gold Invisalign provider. My Invisalign process was so easy and smooth, I cannot believe how fast the treatment process went. I have more confidence in my smile and can't thank them enough.

Have taken my entire family here, great atmosphere and my kids love it, especially my little 4 year old. They make going to the dentist fun.
