Dr. Jenkins did my root canal and placed my permanent crown on seven days ago. I have been having extreme pain coming from the crown. I'm not sure if it is placed wrong or if my bite is off. I called as soon as I felt something wrong and I got the office VM.. It stated she would not be back open until 07/18/22. OMG.. I have had to run in circles trying to find emergency dental care, due to the lack of communication from the dentist and staff. I stood at the front desk for 10minutes after she put my crown in... NOBODY said ANYTHING about her leaving for a month. Why would you do my procedure.. and then leave without telling me.. or having a back-up physician? Or answering service for emergencies? What if.. I had gotten an infection or something seriously went wrong. I gave this office the benefit of the doubt, regardless of the reviews. They are RIGHT. DO NOT GO HERE. When she comes back in office. I will voice my opinion about this... it's unacceptable and very sloppy..

I would not recommend this place at all. I received a root canal and crown placement. First they are slow and have no urgency about themselves. It was place wrong please I beg you do not go to this place.

Dr Jenkins has terrible bedside manners; actually she is very rude to some of her clients. She seems to get angry when you ask questions.

PLEASE READ THIS! This is my first time ever leaving a review about anything, but I felt I needed to share my Very unpleasant experience to warn others. My first visit with her was pleasant, but when I returned for an extraction it was a full Nightmare!!! I have had teeth extracted before and it was painless because, the dentists were professional and waited for the medicine to work before continuing. This was not the case with her. As soon as she applied the small amount of numbing agent in my mouth, she began to pull my tooth. It hurt so bad I almost bit her, because it took my breath away. I never in my life felt such a pain. When she was done, she didn't say one word to me. She put the tooth on the trey and left the room. She did not check on me or put gauze in my mouth to stop the bleeding. I seemed as though she got pleasure out of inflicting pain on me. I was visibly shaken because her assistant just happened to walk by and asked was I ok? She then, told me I could leave. No pain medicine or follow up instructions. I asked her assistant what should I take for pain (because Ms. Jenkins was no longer concerned with me). When her assistant asked her she barked out," Give her 600", (600 milligram Motrin) then turned back around like I was bothering her. This was strange to me because she prescribed pain medicine for me when she performed a cleaning on my teeth without me asking, but didn't prescribe pain medicine after performing oral surgery. As soon as I left I called my mother crying on the phone because, I have never had such a horrible experience in any doctor's office. Ms. Jenkins reminded me of the dentist in the movie The Little Shop of Horror (Steve Martin). It has been almost 4 months since the surgery and I am still scarred from this experienced. I will never go back to her and I wouldn't recommend her services to anyone. Go to a dentist who truly care about their clients.

My care is always very good.My questions are always answered. I have been with her for several years. As for as your insurance just call the office, they are glad to help.

I have paid for my front teeth over nine weeks ago and I called today and my teeth are there but I can't have them because the dentist is on vacation until end of July , I find this an unacceptable business practice. After I get my front teeth I'll be looking for a new dentist. Receptionist was very dismissive and not understanding.

Highly unprofessional and probably dangerous. I had my wisdom teeth removed here, all 4 were removed at once I was not put under they did not stay on top of numbing it onto of that she drilled into my jaw and I now have nerve damage. I went for a follow up about the pain the swollen nerve caused and was Completely ignored , she has chosen to leave cavities in my mouth say they aren't "that bad" just......find another dentist its more trouble than its worth

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to check on a bad toothache and was told that it wasn't the tooth I was complaining about, but my wisdom tooth. They did nothing for the pain and was told that I needed my wisdom teeth removed. Went for a second opinion somewhere else and was told that the tooth I complained about had an abscess. If you're in pain and want an accurate evaluation, don't waste your time coming here.

Bad practice need to go back and learn etiquette. Jenkins is not for you if you need work on your mouth. Maybe if I was another race it may be different. I asked her to call me she didn't even called or reception didn't call either way no call. A bad place to be don't care the way your smile is

I was nervous for nothing. Was taken care of, was explained things, felt really comfortable. That's a major plus for someone like myself who hates to go to the dentist or doctor. Feels good to have a dentist not only in my Humana Network but also in my area. Thank you Mrs Jenkins for a wonderful experience.
