I'm current a patient of both Dr. Berman (for general dentistry) and Dr. Levy (for cosmetic dentistry) and both are absolutely fantastic. I just completed treatment with Dr. Levy and couldn't be happier with what she's done to correct my smile in such a short period of time. Dr. Levy and Dr. Berman genuinely care about getting my teeth healthy, giving me a smile that I'm pleased with, and making the process so comfortable that I actually don't mind going to the dentist :). I highly recommend this office for both the dentists and the caring staff!

I just want to applaud the service I recently received by all, particularly Yadi. While the procedure was by no means fun, I got through it with the care and attention I most appreciated. I so often find poor service, but you folks did great and I appreciate it. Jim Adamo

Since my first visit, every time is very special. Dr. Berman and her staff are all very talented. I have never been disappointed and now, I actually look forward to going to the Dentist! Truly a painless procedure each time. Run, don't walk to set up your next appointment.

So very happy I found Dr. Berman and Elements Dental Studio. I only wish I had switched to them sooner. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I have already recommended Elements Dental to friends and coworkers.

I cannot recommend Dr. Berman and the Elements team enough. I have some previous dental trauma and since I started going to Dr. Berman almost 6 years ago I've completely regained my comfort with going to the dentist. I almost look forward to going to the dentist to lounge, watch Netflix, leave feeling clean and have great conversation with this amazing crew. Thanks Dr. Berman, Daniel and everyone else!

Had the same issue as the last persons review. They did not tell me my insurance was no longer in their network until months later when I got a bill. They state they told all the patients and that letters were sent out. Now had to pay was wasn't covered. No apology given. Same thing happened to my neighbor. Horrible. I would try to find a different dentist.

It's unfortunate I am writing this post, as our experience with the doctor was overall positive but their billing/ insurance policies and practices are misleading and concealed. We were considered 'in-network' with this provider, for every appointment except our last one which meant all preventative care should be covered by our insurance. Without informing us when we scheduled our last appointments, our insurance was no longer considered 'in-network.' There were many times this could have been communicated to us (when we scheduled the appointment, or when we came in for the appointment and they asked if our insurance had changed), but we were, however , not told of the change in status. Now, an entire year later, we are being asked to pay for the portion of these appointments (my husband, me, and two sons) not covered by insurance (80%), because 'their billing team is catching up on outstanding bills.' I have tried to ask for a reduction in the balance, as we were never informed of this change, but they have been unwilling to change or reduce the price. It's unfortunate and incredibly disappointing, because my family would have switched providers to a place that would have been 100% covered by our insurance, but they perhaps knew that and therefore did not disclose this information.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Shira Levy and staff are top notch professionals. Very kind. Very caring. Patient. Willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have. These are obviously good people doing good things for people. Highly recommended.

I just had my first appointment. The office is very clean and the staff is extremely nice and professional. I felt safe with the COVID precautions everything was very well organized. The doctor took time to explain everything to me to help me feel comfortable with my treatment plan, everything was clear and very helpful. I highly recommend this office

Elements Dental Studio is a very welcoming practice. Friendly team and very clean. Took my daughter in for an Orthodontic Evaluation and Dr Levy was very thorough in explaining everything to us in what treatment she needs. Competitive prices and great patient care. Dr Berman even popped in to say hi. Highly recommend!

Dr. Levy is an absolute treasure! I have some dental anxiety, and I used to see her at a different practice (in Hyde Park), so when I finally worked up enough courage to go to the dentist during covid, I specifically searched for her and was so delighted to find her in Evanston! This practice is great and very covid cautious--I felt very comfortable with all the precautions. Also she is super artistic and meticulous about cosmetic matters; I chipped my front tooth as a teen, and for years, other dentists had given me kind of clunky caps, but when Dr. Levy did my cap, it came out beautifully. I also appreciate that she takes a more conservative approach to tooth replacement (she recommended a cap, while other dentists were pushing a root canal/veneer). Her course of action saved me a lot of money and pain; moreover, the cap looks completely natural, and has lasted for 8 years with no issues whatsoever. She is amazing! Honestly, my family is relocating to Green Bay, WI and we fully intend to schedule day trips to Evanston just so we can continue seeing Dr. Levy. She's the best!
