Friendly staff! We usually go to the Tomball location, but needed a specific X-ray that could be done at this location. Staff scheduled us without any problem. When we showed up a bit early for our appt, they were able to see us earlier! Quick and efficient!

Friendliness, cleanliness, competence---all here. Latest in X-ray equipment. Kelsey Advantage etc. affiliate (Medicare Part C). I love my dentist Dr. Vincent Vo, and all techs & hygienists. I've had only the most routine dental work here, so I can't speak re complex procedures. Least liked feature: No windows or artwork in the exam rooms. Still, in all, great place.

Spent $600 nearly $700 and my tooth still hurts when I bite an Apple (the Apple was cut in smaller pieces). Also, very disappointed in how unprofessional they were. They was so disrespectful to the point I paid for for my whole mouth done only got one side worked on, and I don't even care to get the other side fixed because they were so awful. They literally took 2days for that one side to get finished and I'm still having pain trying to eat. I switched doctors the second day and he stopped working my mouth to go see another patient. They said they scheduled three of his patients at the same time and personally that's a lot cause I never had some leave in the middle of mouth being wide open to go do whatever to bother patient nd leave them the same way, meaning they don't care about your time. Also don't medication run out at a specific time so that means someone's running the possibly of feeling pain in the middle of you drilling in their mouth. I hate that I ever came here and gave them my money but you live and you learn I guess.

I had made the decision to change dentists because of location and convenience. I went to another wonderful dentist for 20 years, so I was hesitant to change. But the drive, traffic, inconvenience and conflict with work and school schedules, I felt it was at least worth a try. I tried cleanings first, and the experience was wonderful and worth moving forward, getting my son's braces. I'd recommend to family.

Initially scheduled my daughter's appointment, confirmed staff of her age on the phone, arrived filled out her paperwork & confirmed her age again at the counter. They proceeded to do her cleaning & then afterwards said they did not service children at her age then refer me to someone else. Big waste of time in my opinion, specifically was looking for a dentist for my child, made clear what age she was yet they still made & kept appointment when they didn't service children her age and still billed out a cleaning.

I had a great experience. It was relaxed and everyone was professional and kind. This office is 45 minutes to an hour away from me. The one on Tomball Parkway is 20 minutes from me and I originally went to that one. The first time, the office manager Annette made me stand out in the cold because my husband had dropped me off. That should have been my sign but they did my work and I had to go back for crowns and she was rude every time, not just to the patients but to the people that work there as well. The 4th time my husband also went and she was again extremely rude. After that I never wanted to go back there. I had to, because my crown was there but never again!

The ortho woodlands team is amazing!! The doctor is kind and appears to genuinely care for your treatment plan. He allows you to ask questions and get all the information for a decision. The staff is so kind and caring. They really make you feel seen and heard. If you want to go somewhere where you feel seen, heard, and cared for- this is the place!!! 100/10!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! They withhold information. They file fake "pre authorizations" with the insurance. They don't advise about certain doctors in the office being in network or not. VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!! STAY AWAY!!! Staff is rude and unprofessional.

I felt like the cleaning process went by too fast. Didn't feel thorough at all. Then the fluoride got rubbed on my teeth last minute by the Dr.'s finger not a toothbrush!. Had a second appointment and I still feel the same way, the cleaning felt rushed like it was just a rushed routine for them.
