Dr. Bautista grew up in Sugar Land, TX. She attended Baylor University in Waco where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Music with a concentration in viola performance. She then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Growing up with family members in the healthcare field, Dr. Bautista decided to study dentistry because it was a fulfilling combination of her two passions, art and science. She enjoys getting to know patients of all ages and is committed to providing them with the best possible treatment. She strives to provide each patient with a comfortable and educational dental experience, and looks forward to making each patient feel confident about their smile and oral health.
Dr. Beetar is a native to the Houston area. He was born and raised in Pearland, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. He completed dental school and residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. His areas of interest include removal of teeth, pre-prosthetic surgery, implant placement, jaw reconstruction, dental and facial trauma, and treatment of various forms of pathology.
Dr. Flesher was raised in Lake Zurich, Illinois, a Northwest suburb of Chicago. After high school, he attended Illinois State University, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Flesher attended dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where he received awards for excellence in prosthodontics as well as outstanding achievement in operative dentistry and successfully completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Fleshers ultimate goal as a dentist is to help patients in need, whether it be alleviating pain, preventing future problems, or improving a smile. He strives to provide quality dentistry for patients of all ages and offers a wide range of dental services, including preventative, cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures. When he isnt practicing dentistry, Dr. Flesher spends his time with his family, enjoying local restaurants, exercising, and being outdoors.

My first visit to Element Dental today was very satisfying. The front desk personnel, assistants, hygienist, and dentist were friendly and very professional.

I must say that I have always been treated with the upmost respect. Everyone has been very kind and accommodating. However today ,I had a 3hr procedure that went well with small breaks in between. My only concern was I was not aware that the complete procedure was to be done. However I was glad it was because of my busy schedule. I had to call my bank to release all the funds. Perhaps this was a lack of communication with he staff. However I was very please with their work. Patricia Woodford

Writing a review over how they treat my family. My mom and my daughter should never be treated the way their staff has treated them. They have horrible bedside manner and don't try to help people but instead put people down and degrade them. They are absolutely terrible the way that they hire such uncompassionate people. Receptionist are usually super rude upon arrival like you're cutting into their phone time or something. There needs to be someone overseeing that each persons visits were to their satisfaction and not traumatizing. Also they haven't exactly treated me bad but they talk bad about previous patients they saw and degrade them and say very unprofessional things like "I don't think he ever picked up a toothbrush in 18 years!" But he had the courage to come trust your office to help him. You have no idea what people have been through. I hope this office rethinks some of their staff and is able to make things right with some of the customers they've ran off.

When I first got here I was a little disappointed because we arrived 10min early and had our paperwork filled out about 10 min. We sat for almost an hour before we were called back, and called us out of order. The thing is though, within two minutes of being in the back I realized how much they understand customer service as they all were so kind and friendly, understanding and quickly put my frustration of waiting out of mind. They were attentive to our care. Explained each detail. We're courteous and even corrected the concern for waiting time. The Dentist himself was very kind, and seemed genuinely interested in care rather than money. Thank you for being able to turn my frown upside down. :)

Was not happy something could not be done right away to fix the pain and discomfort. Originally said I could not get in to get it fixed until November but one of the ladies finally got me In Oct 18th. From the 4th to the 18th is a long time to be in pain with a broken tooth.

Very nice and caring people. Dr. Edwards is the best dentist I've ever been to, he makes sure you're comfortable and at ease. The dental hygienist that I had today was awesome. I want to say her name was Michelle?? She had blonde hair but anyways, she did an amazing job at making me feel at ease and relaxed. If you're looking for a dentist office that is caring and doesn't make you feel bad about your teeth then this is the one.

Girls at the front desk are rude, no customer service skills. Took 4 times to get one crown correct. Always billing issues...had enough. Going elsewhere.
