I waited nearly two hours to get my teeth cleaned for the first time there and my husband waited the same before he was told that he could leave and come back later to get his cleaning done because the dentists weren't ready and then were going to lunch. He checked the schedule and saw that the time they told us/we scheduled the appointment for was off by an hour on their schedule. They didn't even tell us this when we got there I assume because they knew their system was messed up somehow. He had to go back to the office two more times after that before he could get his teeth cleaned and seen by a dentist.

The staff here really does care. They smile so much this is something that makes others do the same. In these times it's good to have active listening professionals with a smile.

Very reluctant to visit a dentist for years after an unpleasant experience. Elements has restored my faith. Wonderful staff particularly Josephine who has been doing my deep cleaning.

I love Dr. Kim. He is so gentle and kind. He will tell me each step of what he is doing during the whole procedure when I ask him to and he is understanding. If I have any questions, he tells me in calm confidence and he tells me his explanations in ways that I can understand, too. Thank you, Dr. Kim!

Staff was nice but I am extremely disappointed. I called to schedule a CLEANING with my new insurance coverage. Due to my insurance I had to wait approximately 2 months for my appointment which was fine. I requested a cleaning only for this appointment and did not even get that today. Once I was there I was given x-rays and the dentist went over those x-rays with me and looked at my teeth. I sat there fully expecting to get the cleaning only to be told the office had to get with my insurance to get a cleaning approved because my insurance only covers a certain dollar amount a year. This is understandable but also why I requested an appointment with only a cleaning. If the office cannot do this due to myself being a new patient or that you just don't do that, you need to inform people of this before the appointment is scheduled. If that is not the case, make sure your people answering the phone are scheduling things correctly because today was a waste of my time.

It was a decent visit. Came in 10 minutes early. Was seen 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Seen for 3 minutes by the dentist. To be fair, my daughter is coming on 2 years old and it was a quick counting of her teeth and fluoride was swabbed around her mouth. Got a free trial size toothpaste and cute little cartoon-themed toothbrush (dental coverage perk). There is a tv in the waiting area and one above the patient chair. That was decent entertainment in the patient chair. Overall just didn't appreciate the wait time because we arrived early as well.

Staff is friendly and I am satisfied with the treatment. However, the wait time for my last appointment was awful. It was scheduled for 9am, but I wasn't called back for at least 30 minutes. After getting x-rays done, I waited in the exam area for over 45 minutes. Based on some text messages I sent, I wasn't seen until around 10:30am. The actual care took less than 20 minutes. I left at 10:50am. Again, I like the staff and quality of care. My only advice is to be mindful of wait times when scheduling appointments here.

Element Dental is not my regular dental office, but it soon will be. Care, kindness and your welfare is what they focused on for me. Without going into any details I am now feeling much better, and without an appointment. If your looking for a dental office then I highly recommend Element Dental.

Dr. Kim is amazing! My youngest daughter, 7 years old, needed to have lots of dental work done. Dr. Kim was so patient with her! He was also so honest when he realized that she didn't need root canals on 2 teeth as previously expected, and he did regular fillings instead of doing more work to get more money! We will keep using Dr. Kim for all of our family's dental needs. Highly recommend!

He had to go back to the office two more times after that before he could get his teeth cleaned and seen by a dentist. I returned to have cavities filled and when I left I could feel a sharp piece on one of my teeth. I assumed and was told later that it was likely just a sharp piece of the dental stuff they use to fill cavities and just decided to let it wear down on its own as I was not in town for a while. My mouth hurt a bit every time I chewed on that side for several months after that but I was told mild pain was normal. I recently noticed a crack in my tooth where they placed the filling and the sharp piece had been. Needless to say I don't plan to return now that I have to get a crack fixed by another dentist.

Great staff, very friendly. After bad experiences at my last dentist with suggestions of unnecessary work to be done on my teeth, I found my dentist and dental hygienist to be very open and honest with me. Great experience!!
