Best dentist office I've ever been too. Going to the dentist can be so scary but this office felt more like a spa. Everyone was super nice, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to help resolve an issue I had with my jaw that no other dentist has been able to for years. They were able to get me a night guard that was partially covered by insurance when other dentists told me my insurance didn't cover it and tried to charge me 3x the price out pocket. In addition to all that, my cleaning was followed up with a hot stone face massage! Thank you so much for the wonderful visit and helping me get the best price for my night guard!

Elemental Dental provided the best teeth cleaning experience I have every had, and I am probably the only person who likes to get their teeth cleaned. The staff was amazing, so nice and transparent about what they were doing. The facility was great, modern and clean. They even had a tv for you to watch something or listen to music as they performed the cleaning. 100% will return and refer friends.

Wow. Haven't been to a dentist since 2017, but decided to come here because of reviews. Element Dental did not disappoint. It was painless (I have terrible gum recession and tooth sensitivity), fast, and super informative. Amazing experience. This is my spot from now on, and they were kind to me about my fears of the dentist (which I really, really appreciate), and I honestly feel like I'm so much less afraid now! Is it possible for a trip to the dentist to be...healing?! Who could have imagined?

Experienced my first visit to this practice recently after not seeing a dentist in nearly 20 years. Amazing staff and facility. I was initially very nervous regarding the gap in my oral care - however the team was more than great at assuaging my hesitation and fears. They were kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain everything that was happening. The office itself is clean, stylish and welcoming. The dental work itself was great and professional done by individuals who care. On top of that - they have such amazing quality of life amenities such as glasses with built in speakers for Netflix or music and the hot stone massage at the end.

I have had two perfect experiences here. Truly exceptional staff and environment. Everyone is so nice and they expertly guide you every step of the way during your visit. You might even get to enjoy a Hot Stone massage, it's really first class from beginning to end.

I've been to dentists all over New England, and hands down- Element is the BEST. Every person is kind and helpful- encouraging and positive. I've had cleanings, an extraction, fillings- and never felt better about my oral situation. Front desk staff is amazing. Dr. Bains is the best dentist I've ever met. Love this place- have recommended to friends who also have loved it. Try it and you'll love it!

By far the best dental experience I've ever had. The front office staff greeted me by name as soon as I walked in and remembered it on the way out. Jen was a great hygienist and super nice! Dr. Winata was wonderful as well. Very personable and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Listening to music during the cleaning and the hot stone face massage were just the cherry on top! I will be recommending Element Dental to everyone i know!

Came here for a cleaning and exam since its near home and has good reviews, and feel I cannot go wrong with cleaning, however.. They rejected my request for regular cleaning because they think I need deep cleaning, and gave me a quote for $6000+ to treat cavity, root canal and the guard which is not covered by insurance. I acknowledge i didn't take good care of my teeth but this place is definitely overselling, the way they talk about financial made me feel very uncomfortable by keep saying I have the Best dental insurance (which is not true, the quote they gave me has already exceed the benefit maximum lol). Gladly I got the second opinion. The nerve of the teeth they think require root canal turns out to be fine, and that teeth never bothered me before, I prefer not to touch/kill it unless I have to, but it was not an option to discuss here. The guard they insisted to put on my quote, they didn't explain whether it's ok to not have it. The place is clean, modern and people seems nice. But maybe they should not overselling.

Such an easy and enjoyable (as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist can be!) experience. I was greeted immediately upon entry and taken to a room after maybe one minute in the waiting room. They have these futuristic eyeglasses with speakers built in and TVs in each room so you can choose your own music or TV, which makes the teeth cleaning much more bearable (for someone who hates that). Everyone was incredibly friendly, genuine, and honest--they were very up front and not pushy about anything that cost extra, and answered all of my questions with clarity and professionalism. I'm so happy I found this place as someone new to the area, and will definitely be going back!

I had a fantastic experience! The Element Dental team (Jennifer, Chedeline, and Karima) are professional, empathic, and answered all my questions. The office has state-of-the-art equipment along with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. They provide Bose audio glasses to enjoy your selection of streaming music during the cleaning, and the warm stone massage at the end is delightfully relaxing. This was far and away the best dental experience of my life. Do yourself a favor and make an online reservation. You will not be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience at Element Dental! The team was wonderful and made going to a dentist feel less scary. I had no wait times and everyone was super friendly. Dr. Bains and Jennifer did a very thorough job. Karima made scheduling appointments very straightforward. Everything was explained well and they made me feel comfortable as a new patient. Highly recommend- I'm happy I chose to come here!

Absolutely amazing service and team. I recently switched and from my first interaction it is clear that Element cares about its customers, employees, and community that it is part of. As a women owned business that started 'just' as covid was happening in 2020 this is a business that has been tested and come through stronger. To top all of that my hygienist (Jen) was absolutely amazing. I have had some rougher hygienists in the past and Jen was through, but gentle where appropriate. Honestly anyone who can experience element is lucky!

The best experience at the dentist ever! The staff and dentists are so experienced and kind. Every person I have interested with has been helpful and flexible and always has an answer for my questions. I got my teeth cleaned and went back for a whitening. 10/10!
