She and her husband Adam graduated from Post Falls High School where Adam is now a teacher. They then graduated from the University of Idaho before moving to Portland where Dr. Rachel attended dental school at Oregon Health Science University. In 2006 they moved back home to the Coeur dAlene area where both of their families reside. Now with three beautiful daughters, Emily, Lauren and Katherine, they enjoy all that that the northwest has to offer. Youll find them boating or camping in the summer and snowshoeing, skiing or sledding in the winter.
Dr. Fehling practiced as an associate dentist in Post Falls for 5 years before deciding to open her own office in 2012. Many thanks go out to her great patients who, through their referrals, have helped Element Dental grow and thrive in the Coeur dAlene area.
After graduating with honors from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2019, Dr. Kedish opted to expand her knowledge of complex cases with an AEGD (advanced education in general dentistry) residency in Meridian, ID. She is excited to come back to the Idaho Panhandle and join the Avondale Dental Group team. Dr. Kedish will be seeing patients at our Element and Legacy offices.
While not at work, you can find Dr. Kedish and husband, Brendon, hiking, leisurely biking, swimming boating, fishing, camping, and anything else to do with nature. She and Brendon live with their cat, Stella, who they adopted their first year in Omaha and have been taking orders from ever since. Welcome to the team, Dr. Jenna Kedish!
Carol is our gentle and caring hygienist. She graduated from hygiene school in Santa Rosa, CA, in 2005, and has worked in the Coeur dAlene area since. Carol enjoys teaching her patients the benefits of good oral hygiene and how it affects their overall health. Whether it has been years since your last cleaning or just a few months, Carol and Dr. Fehling will work with you to establish a clear plan to keep you healthy for a lifetime. When shes not in the office taking care of her patients, shes spending time with her friends, family, and two boys.
Josie is our fantastic chairside assistant. She works right alongside Dr. Fehling ensuring you receive the gentlest dental care. She is fun, energetic, and our patients love her magnetic personality. On her days off youll find her on the lake, ski mountain, or coaching her boys soccer teams.
Linette is likely to be the first smile you see when you walk in the front door and the first voice you hear when you call our office. She has over 13 years of experience in the dental field, and she will happily assist you with any questions you may have regarding treatment. She will also help create a financial plan the works for you and your individual needs. Outside the office, Linette volunteers with her high school kids athletic teams and spends time enjoying North Idaho with her family and friends.
Adrienne Anderson is the Chief Operating Officer for the Avondale Dental Group. In this role, Adrienne provides organizational leadership and is responsible for strategy and implementation consistent with the companies vision.
Before joining the practice in 2017, Adrienne worked in heavy equipment and wood products manufacturing where she served as Human Resources Director and later the Director of Operations. She received her Bachelors degree from Montana State University in Bozeman and has been designated as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute.
Adrienne was raised in Bigfork, Montana and has called Hayden Lake home since 2002. When she is not in the office, you can find her at the yoga studio, enjoying the lake, or walking on the beach in Costa Rica.

Not even the slightest whiff of scandal goin on here. They sat me down, asked me a couple question, were up front about prices and options and then went to work on my gross mouth. They treated me like an intelligent adult. Listened, joked. Easily the best dentistry experience I've had. 2022 update: They're still magnificent. Getting mouth work is the pits. Element Dental takes the edge off (literally at times). So kind. So professional. So reasonable. Thank you so much!

Brought my 3 year old daughter here for her first real dentist visit, entire staff was great, they made my toddler feel comfortable and amazingly she let them clean her teeth. Was a great experience for her, can't recommend this place enough.

This office is simply the best for dental care! My daughter successfully completed the Invisalign program and has a beautiful smile. Savanna cleaned my teeth this morning and it was a great experience, she was very conscientious of my sensitive teeth. I highly recommend Element Dental!!
