Dr. Eleisha J. Nickoles, DDS has surrounded herself with an experienced and courteous team that goes out of their way to help patients reach their dental health goals. Located in Wheeling, WV, our practice treats members of the entire family. We offer a wide range of general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry treatments. From All-on-4 dental implants and same-day crowns to root canal therapy and teeth whitening, we have the tools to give you a smile you can feel confident in. Regardless of your needs, we strive to make every visit to our office as pleasant as possible.
Dr. Nickoles went to Avella High School, graduated second in her class, and then went to Bethany College, where she attained a B.S. degree in Chemistry. She continued graduate work in Chemistry at Arizona State University and has an M.S. degree. Dr. Nickoles returned to West Virginia and worked as a full-time Chemist, matching colors, and taught part time at various schools and colleges in the area. She then decided what she wanted to be when she grew up and went to WVU School of Dentistry and received her DDS. Dr. Nickoles lives in Wheeling with her husband, Todd.
I have been assisting for 8 years now. I love my career as a dental assistant. Some of my hobbies are fishing and camping with my family. I have a son, Chance, who was born in 2013. The Best part of my day is seeing a patient leave with a smile on their face. This career is very rewarding for me.
Mary is a proud Mama of 2 boys and a Mimi to 2 wonderful grandsons. She is excited to be back in the medical field after taking a break for a couple of years. Find something that makes you laugh every day even on your worst days.
Deidra has just joined our team. She has over a decade of customer service experience, and is a social butterfly. She has been an avid reader her entire life and absolutely adores animals. She and her boyfriend recently bought their first home, and enjoy doing DIY projects with their kids while their schnauzer supervises.
Ashley is one of our Certified Dental Assistants. She graduated EGCCs Dental Assisting Program in 2013 and continued her education to expand her duties in the State of WV. She has many additional certifications and is very passionate about dentistry. She is married and has 3 daughters. She enjoys the simple things and loves animals.

Put yourself in the other persons shoes. Dont judge; try to find out the root of why. Exhibiting thoughtfulness, both professionally and personally, to let them know what is best. Listening and hearing the patient, giving credibility to what they are saying. Always being kind and helpful. We will always exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude while in the presence of our patients, whether on the phone or in person. Sending out thank-you cards when a patient is sincere or sympathy card when a patient is hurting.
No one can run this practice all by themselves. It takes everyone doing their hired jobs but also goes above that by helping each other. No one is above any task that needs done so that we can bond as a team and get done at the same time, walking out the door at night, together.

I had a great experience!!! I do not like going to the dentist! the rude secretaries, the tech that scrapes your gums and not your teeth, or the doc that treats you like a number, the pull teeth instead of repair kind. Not here! Here The staff is super friendly! Everyone was very welcoming and kind. They use some pretty cool technology, I haven't seen in other dental offices, to really determine what course of treatment you need. If you get uncomfortable they have a list you can choose items from to help you relax. Feeling anxious? They have fidget toys, stressed? A stress ball. Cold? Warm blankets and many others. Jaime cleaned my teeth, she was so sweet and funny, very personable. I felt so relaxed. Dr. Nickoles to was very kind and personable. Gentle yet effective. Thank you so much! If you are shopping for a new dentist. Pick this place! You won't regret it!

Dr. Nickoles is beyond talented and has surrounded herself with a superior staff. This is one of the cleanest, friendliest and with the most advanced education I've seen in Wheeling. It is a calming office for those with anxiety. Thank you for your dedication to me and my family.

I am terrified of going to dentists and my initial visit was very nice. Each and every staff member was kind and understanding. Dr Nickoles was extremely nice. Tomorrow I go for a 2 hour apt, so stay tuned! lol

I LOVE DR. NICKOLES! The entire staff is friendly and caring. She gets extra stars also for taking my 87 year old mother in to treat her tooth pain when my moms dentist was going to make her wait 15 days!!!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE! And the dental tech made my mom feel extra special! THANKS and highly recommend this practice!
