Dr. Eleisha J. Nickoles, DDS has surrounded herself with an experienced and courteous team that goes out of their way to help patients reach their dental health goals. Located in Wheeling, WV, our practice treats members of the entire family. We offer a wide range of general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry treatments. Dr. Nickoles went to Avella High School, graduated second in her class, and then went to Bethany College, where she attained a B.S. degree in Chemistry. She continued graduate work in Chemistry at Arizona State University and has an M.S. degree. Dr. Nickoles returned to West Virginia and worked as a full-time Chemist, matching colors, and taught part time at various schools and colleges in the area. She then decided what she wanted to be when she grew up and went to WVU School of Dentistry and received her DDS. Dr. Nickoles lives in Wheeling with her husband, Todd.
I have been assisting for 8 years now. I love my career as a dental assistant. Some of my hobbies are fishing and camping with my family. I have a son, Chance, who was born in 2013. The Best part of my day is seeing a patient leave with a smile on their face. This career is very rewarding for me.

Deidra has just joined our team. She has over a decade of customer service experience, and is a social butterfly. She has been an avid reader her entire life and absolutely adores animals. She and her boyfriend recently bought their first home, and enjoy doing DIY projects with their kids while their schnauzer supervises.
Ashley is one of our Certified Dental Assistants. She graduated EGCCs Dental Assisting Program in 2013 and continued her education to expand her duties in the State of WV. She has many additional certifications and is very passionate about dentistry. She is married and has 3 daughters. She enjoys the simple things and loves animals.

Listening and hearing the patient, giving credibility to what they are saying. Always being kind and helpful. We will always exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude while in the presence of our patients, whether on the phone or in person. Sending out thank-you cards when a patient is sincere or sympathy card when a patient is hurting.
No one can run this practice all by themselves. It takes everyone doing their hired jobs but also goes above that by helping each other. No one is above any task that needs done so that we can bond as a team and get done at the same time, walking out the door at night, together.
