Office staff was helpful from the moment I called to set up an appointment. My hygienist was gentle but thorough and Dr. Adam was great. Highly recommend this practice.

I've never been really comfortable in dentists offices but I'm really glad to call metrowest elegantly dental my home for my dentistry needs. doctors and staff are so kind and explain everything to understanding and really have the clients best interest in needs. Thank you to everyone who was able to help me get a plan to a more confident smile today.

The staff is super friendly and they use new tech and always provide great feedback. I've been very happy since they took over this location. I live close enough to walk also, so that's a bonus.

We are on an extended vacation and missed our 6 month cleaning at our regular dentists office, so tried Dr. Lee's Elegantly Dental and both my husband and I were IMPRESSED!! Starting with VERY friendly staff upon arriving, we found a clean, modern facility filled with skilled practitioners. My hygienist was both gentle, but thorough, my teeth came out of the cleaning - sparkling and smooth! Dr. Lee was efficient, thorough and professional. If I lived in Orlando area, instead of the West Coast, I would definitely be back!!!

I was able to get my first appointment same week. I feel that I was an established patient. Front the offiice the back everyone has great customer service. A big 'thank you 'to the Dentist and his assistant/Jennifer (she made my trip to the dentist so pleasant and easy ) I definitely make Elegantly dental my second home.

My experience at Elegantly dental was superb. I had an excellent cleaning from the hygienist along with a nice consultation from Dr. Lau. If you are looking for a dentist office with a supportive staff, excellent service, and solid cleanings then Elegantly Dental is the dental office for you.

To be honest they violated my privacy. I walked in the room for my appointment and I looked at the screen, it had my personal information of my past with the cops.I asked the girl why that was there and she said she doesn't know. I paid these people $12000 cash and this is what they did.I would never go to these people anymore. Dr.Lee talks when in the room with you loud that other people hear

My son and I both had the most wonderful experience at the dentist can't wait to come back. They made check in new patients so easy and paperless you couldn't help but to smile. And a special thanks to launie and Adam for being gentle with our teeth and gums, understanding nowadays time get away from us and we forget to schedule cleanings and informational on moving forward with a brighter smile you guys are the best love the whole office couldn't ask for a better dentist.

This has been the best Dr. and staff BY FAR, in the Orlando area. Extremely caring staff and the Dr. takes HIS TIME with you and makes you feel at ease! I would recommend them to anyone!! Superb service!

I am a new patient. My visit with Dr. Adam Lau was excellent. I was taken on time. Dr. Lau was very personable and caring. His exam was gentle and thorough and he reviewed my xrays with me. His office is clean and comfortable. The dental hygienist Lonnie performed a gentle, thorough cleaning. There was no pain. My mouth felt so clean when she was done. The front office staff , Renae and Kim , were pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Elegantly Dental . I am looking forward to returning in 6 months for check up and cleaning. I am glad I found Dr. Lau's office, they made going to the dentist a super pleasant experience.

This office is amazing. I had an emergency that need to be takin care of right away. The front office got me right in, no waiting the staff in the back of the house know exactly what there doing. They were quick and very sweet, I don't care much for dentist! But this was different they were extremely caring and understanding and made my experience a positive one! Dr Lee is so sweet and gentle, his approach was again completely positive! Finally a dentist office that is understanding, fast and caring! They fixed the main problem and received a referral to have a oral surgery ( that office also works with this office to get you in asap) do a root canal and they back to this office, so if you are looking for an office that has there care in Order this is your place! I feel much more at ease with all that I have put off for sometime, the best thing was most dentist will poke around and give you more details about other teeth that need attention down the road. Dr Lee didn't give me more to handle, or cause pain in another area. Him and his staff were just dealing with what I needed and I really like this. They used my insurance and did the best plan treatment in a quick and caring manner! I believe I found my forever dental office! Finally!!!

This place is amazing, excellent customer service and I always feel at home when I'm there. My girl thinks the same! Launie doing our cleanings is very careful and professional. Christina in the front always pays attention to what we want and our appointments via text messages and Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and courteous. I moved and I still come to this place for my cleanings!

This dentist office has the most awesome staff they are patient and take time to explain all procedures and the possible cost. . The.facility is clean and Covid safe. The dentist Dr. Lee is very professional explains X-Rays and why procedures are necessary I recommend this office for your dental hygiene and concerns.

Money grubbers! Fake consultation about cavities you don't have, so they can just make money off your insurance. Then lady was rude when I denied the appointment, after she showed they would bill my insurance $680 and I pay about $40. How do I know? I went to another dentist and they were honest with me. They said I do not have any cavities. Stay away, unless you have deep pockets. Go to universal dental spa. 6000 Turkey Lake Rd #109, Orlando, FL 32819. They treat you better, and have cheaper cleanings. Just be polite and ask them, if you are doing out of pocket. All dentists are crooked. Brush your teeth and use coconut oil at times. Unless you are 100% Jaws teeth. Then just go somewhere else. Find a groupon, just anywhere but here!!!

Great doctor, terrible office staff. Wasted hours on the phone doing their job for them because they didn't try hard enough. First they insisted we were out of network (which we were not), then they insisted on charging us way more for fillings because according to them our insurance did not cover white fillings which again was not true. I had to get on the phone with my insurance and them to confirm my husband was not going to get overcharged for fillings and once everything was squared away they tell me the next available appointment is 2 months away. Complete waste of time. The incompetency of the office staff makes it not worth it the trouble.
