The staff is very friendly. I don't know how anyone could give them a bad review. I haven't had any work done yet but I can tell that they take work very seriously. At the same time they are fun and have a sense of humor. It isn't easy to find a fun yet hardworking dentist but If you are looking for one it's right here. Also big shout out to Maggie! She may be newer but she's great! The receptionist is also amazing she remembered everything from our conversation weeks before! That is dedication.

Great experience. Everybody was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely nice, from the dentist to the dental hygienist and the dental assistant. Will be back!

I would not recommend going to this dental office. I have had dental work done there only needing it to be redone someplace else. They do not stand behind their work. The dental assistant does way too much work causing more problems. They do not take accountability. I know several other people including family members that have had issues with this place. Since then my family and I have changed dentists.

Horrible went there in 2016 and they never contacted me to tell me the insurance didn't cover and sent me to collections in 2021 and were totally ignorant

Staff was very kind and quick, rather too quick. I felt that I did not get a quality teeth cleaning and that it was more important to get me in and out in 30 minutes rather than look at my teeth. The equipment is in good condition, but the chairs were very worn and the sink was broken in my booth. It didn't leave a great impression. Overall the people were very personable, but if I am not getting a quality teeth cleaning, why come back?

I have had nothing but problems with this dental office for months now. I have had dental treatments not being done correctly and needing to be done again. I have had a hygienist chart and bill extra things that were never done on TWO separate visits (which is fraudulent charting). There is a continuous lack of accountability and poor management with every single visit.Stay away from this place

I love this office! I was nervous to go to the dentist during COVID. Elegant Smiles took my temperature and had air purification machines. They saw me quickly due to an emergency and fixed my issue. Thank you, Elegant Smiles.

Ok...just hear to brag that I got to see BOTH Betty's my last visit. Yeah, be jealous. So not only did I get the best hygienist around I also got a cavity fill that felt like I didn't even get a filling. Truly such a great fit and the best filling I've ever gotten. I have been coming to this place over 5 years and refuse to go anywhere else!

I had a amazing experience. Got called in early because the client before was done ahead of schedule. They called a didn't doctor in on Thursday's to focus on doing my root canal uninterrupted and was able to get a much needed filling and prep for my crown. Im so grateful to have several visits fit into one because its hard for me to request off of work. I can't thank them enough.

I always have a good experience here. Most recently, I had a cleaning by Betty, who always makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable! Also had a crown done by the other Betty (yes, both Betty's are awesome!) and Dr. Ismailova. It was my first time meeting them and they definitely put me at ease while doing the work. It was my first time back in, post covid restrictions, and was pleasantly surprised by some of the changes in staff. Don't fear change, it's a great crew!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this office and staff including the owners. This was my 4th visit to a different dentist to have several extractions. They went out of their way to take care of my dental needs in a fashionable manner and at such reasonable fees as I am not covey dental insurance . My partials were rushed to ensure I left the office with teeth in my mouth. The procedure was performed with care, empathy and professionalism. I cannot say enough to express my sincere appreciation as well as my recommendation to this office. A+++++++++++++
