Dr. Samantha Besser will transform your self esteem.
Dr. Marjaneh Moghimi completed coursework and received her DDS degree from USC Dental School in 2000. She later also pursued and obtained her Dental Implant Residency from UCLA. Before establishing her general and cosmetic dental practice in Marina Del Rey, Dr. Moghimi worked with some of the most renowned dentists in the greater Los Angeles area. Working with seasoned specialist empowered Dr. Moghimi with sound training and tested experience in general, pediatric and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Besser attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA where she successfully earned her DMD degree. Upon earning her degree, Dr. Besser served her country in the U.S. Air Force as a Dental Officer. After the U.S. Air Force assignment was completed. Dr. Besser went into private practice as a general dentist before realizing she had a profound love of endodontic procedures. After a year of practice, she decided to return to school. Dr. Besser entered the prestigious and highly competitive Endodontic Program at USC School of Dentistry. After two years of extensive training, she earned her Endodontic certification and became a Board Eligible Endodontist.
Dr. Kyle Sung studied at the University of Michigan to become a doctor of dental surgery, and Columbia University to specialize in periodontics. He also achieved his Master in Science at Columbia University and Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at UCLA. He is an active member of the AAP (American Academy of Periodontology), the ADA (American Dental Association) and the CDA (California Dental Association).
Dr. Caroline Malakuti earned her degree of Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) at the University of Aachen, Germany. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the prestigious University of Southern California. For over a decade she has provided all types of dental care for patients with a special focus on cosmetic dentistry.

The ladies at Elegant Dentistry were so kind and went above and beyond the normal call of duty to work me in before my trip to Hawaii! I am grateful for the experience and surprised how good my teeth feel after the cleaning! Thank Y'all;)!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. For profit dentistry that is more focused on lining their pockets than providing good dental healthcare. After going to a real dentist I was told much of the work I had done was useless and not necessary. Save yourself the $$$ and trouble

Should be zero stars. Do not go to this dentist and read reviews of others closely as it is identical to my experience. The dentist reviewed my medications and in an open office continued to press me on why I was on them because she had never heard of them before. This was extremely unprofessional. She then measured my pockets and stated I needed a deep clean. I challenged as I recently had a deep cleaning. The estimate provided was over $400. I declined and she was visually irritated. Then like other reviewers did a half baked cleaning that lasted 15 minutes. I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company. They also said my copay for deep cleaning is $45. The office is very dated and something just felt off. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The dentist opened my tooth up, found it was too infected and then sent me home and suggested i came back after the weekend once the infection had calmed down. I woke up the next day with severe swelling and then had to have an emergency procedure with a private dentist. Obviously didn't go back and hadnt thought about leaving a review until they called me almost a year later to see what had happened. This sparked me writing this review and giving them some feedback. I am sure they are good at somethings - but infections / root canals etc I would avoid at all costs.

This is the single worst dentist I've been to, I needed to get my yearly dental cleaning done and decided to give this place a chance - boy did I make a mistake on this one. Full disclosure: I made this review on Yelp and now posting it here to warn others. Let's break it into two sections: 1. Customer service: Front desk and the dental hygienist are actually quite pleasant - talked about their families and kids, great group of people. The problem is Dr.M, her attitude made the experience very memorable to say the least. My first day on my appointment and she was poking around my teeth and I mentioned that it hurts, instead of asking if I am okay or offering any sort of help, she has the audacity to ask me if we want to do this another time. Later on I was sent home because my x-rays took too long and was asked to come the next day. This is just the first experience, I only went back because I had no other options as other reputable practices have been booked up. The second day when I came she asked me why I decided against doing deep cleaning (um, lack of self awareness much? Being rude to people and expect them to become committed customers, how is this place still in business?). Then quickly gave up on a few quick scrapes and sent me on my way. 2. Review comments: Before you do your usual "sorry we can't find you in our patient database" comments on the below bad reviews to try and invalidate our experiences, my patient name is Ziqiu Li. Make sure you look it up! Cause you can't hide the bad reviews forever. DO NOT go to this dentist! Let's leave this dental practice behind in 2020 just like the rest of the awful things that happened this year!

Dr. Moghimi and her team are truly amazing. They strive to give each patient undivided personal attention while explaining the process to the patient. This definitely helped my nerves the first I went to elegant dentistry. After the doctors took the time to explain the procedure and what to except I was definitely more relaxed. In the pst I've never had a dentist that cared enough to take the time to explain whatever procedure I was going to have done. Not only are they great at calming patience they're also amazing at the dental services they provide. I needed a crown on one of my tooth dr. Malakouti was highly focused in preparing my tooth for the placement of the crown. In fact even know I was expecting some pain I was completely fine afterwards. And the crown want to play stone has never given me any trouble since. I still go back For my routine exams and I now take my kids there as well and I still get that amazing treatment I got the first time I went there. No question about it I highly recommend this wonderful dental group.

I found Elegant Dentistry through a bit of an emergency Google search; I had an irreparably cracked tooth that became infected and was incredibly painful. Every single person at the office was so very professional and extremely kind. I'm especially so grateful that not a single professional there ever felt the need to editorialize my situation, for better or worse. Meaning, I knew the tooth was probably beyond repair when I walked in. I was in pain. Even if someone means no ill, (allegedly) benign comments like "yikes that's a bad one" or whatever are the opposite of helpful. Thankfully, there was none of that here. Even when it was determined that extraction was the best route, which, even at its best is still a big yikes, everyone treated me with the utmost care. I am so very grateful.

I was able to get an appointment quickly when I discovered I had a broken tooth! Dr. Moghimi explained what needed to be done and she took care of me. She was patient with me and took care of any pain I felt. Then I saw Dr. Besser. Her reviews were great and all true. She worked quickly and made it as pain free as possible. Then I saw Dr. Meredith! She gave me the deep cleaning of my life! My teeth have never looked so good. In addition, the staff was helpful and pleasant. The young lady running the front (sorry, I can't remember her name!) took care of all of my insurance needs. I like their follow-up via text and email and notifications of earlier appointments. I HIGHLY recommend Elegant Dentistry!

Saw the dentist here twice and have been receiving nonstop spam messages from them for over 5 months. Do NOT give them your personal info for any reason. P.s. I am balance paid in full i dont need weekly updates as to what dentist is available and who isnt. Ridiculous
