One star review for this place. I've never experienced this before. I scheduled my mom and dad for routine dental clean up. Show up on time and done all the paper work, and the assistance said Dr. are on lunch and made them waiting one and half hours for their appointment. Then they process with the xray saying that they need a full deep clean and would not process a regular cleaning. Why we are here for regular cleans and they want to upcharge us for more expensive services. Why?

I have had multiple great experiences at Elegance Dental. I have severe anxiety regarding dental work and they have always been good in handling that. They are very accommodating and have been able to work me in for two different dental emergencies.

I most say this is by far one the best dentist offices I've ever been to. The safe is so welcoming and friendly. My kids also love going to the dentist. Great place highly recommend.

This office was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me during my cleaning. They were kind, patient, and made sure that my comfort was priority. The receptionist DeAna was a ray of sunshine, she greeted me with a smile and radiated positivity. And the DA Fatiisha took her time while doing my cleaning, she checked in to make sure I was okay regularly and was very professional. I highly recommend the Southington dental office.
