I do not recommend this place. Costs are astronomical and you are not sure that you really need those things they said you need! The persons at front desk are also very unprofessional and very rude!

Eldorado Smiles saw my son on two different occasions. One was an emergency root canal, but the other was for an exam an a cleaning (because they failed to do an exam and cleaning before, after, or during the root canal). They never did clean his teeth, but made sure to recommend almost $7k worth (after insurance) of dental work, including two more root canals, and two more crowns.

Dental hygienist did a very thorough job cleaning and recognized that I had some gum infection which needed an antibiotic. Dentist came in and pointed out a tooth with an old filling that was beginning to have stress fractures. She did not pressure me about a crown but told me not to eat anything hard on that side that a crown is justified now before it cracks. I need to wait a bit and appreciated her not pressuring me.

Who ever runs this place doesn't know how to manage a business. I had an appointment scheduled 6 months in advance. 1 week before my appointment they called me to cancel my appointment because the doctor won't be in. I didn't have a problem at first because I understand everyone has a life and things come up. But when I asked them to reschedule me they told me the next available appointment was 3 months later. I fought with them to try to get me in sooner because it was not my fault I had to be rescheduled and I felt they should accommodate me. But I had no luck. And this was not the first time a scheduling issue happened. Needless to say I will never ever go back to this place again.

I was referred to El Dorado smiles in Frisco by my regular dentist down the street. When I started going to El Dorado smiles, I was seeing a Dr. Lee. Very shortly after I started seeing Dr. Lee for my orthodontist Invisalign treatments, she left the office. I was then scheduled a new orthodontist doctor that didn't last that long either and shortly left the office there after; noting she had a family emergency and needed to leave this specific office.At the beginning of this year in January, I was told that I would be seeing a new orthodontist, Dr. Sauer. 10 months later and I still have not been able to see an orthodontist even though I have the Invisalign treatment contract set up through Eldorado smiles. I have called them several times to let them know that I would like to come in to make sure that my Invisalign treatment is working properly. I talked to my regular dentist and asked him if there was anyway that he could take over my Invisalign case plan due to not being able to see an orthodontist on a regular basis to ensure the treatment worked. He informed me that El Dorado smiles would not release my treatment plan from their office and that Dr. Sauer would continue to be my orthodontist until the treatment plan to end. I still have not been able to get in to see an orthodontist... Any orthodontist for that matter... At Eldorado smiles. Unfortunately they have lost a client and I will continue to warn people about this office. I'm pretty sure I believe that they have scammed me into an Invisalign treatment plan without the proper care from a regular orthodontist. I'm very dissatisfied in the El Dorado smiles Frisco office and hope they will improve their methods or shut down as to not diminish the Invisalign brand and treatment plan for future customers. if you're reading this, I would find another orthodontist office especially if you were interested in Invisalign. The staff and the doctors here are not qualified nor do they make the time for their patients.

I hate having to change this review but the front desk guy who says he is the manager was awfully rude. My family and I have been patients for 7 years. He just refused to help verify my insurance. We have never been given cards. It hasn't been a issue for 7 years but apparently it is now. It's a shame. I was in need of a crown. Now I will be looking for a new dentist for myself and possible the other three family members. Update: my daughter visited the clinic a month later same insurance as mine. different front desk person no issues at all. Definitely a front desk issue. But I still have a new dentist.

Nightmare experience. Paid for orthodontic treatment in full then the Eldorado Smiles orthodontist quit. Braces were put on, went MONTHS without treatment or changing bands while they were "looking" for a new one and then finally told us they aren't doing orthodontics anymore. Pacific Dental Services has kept ALL of the money. No refund, no communication. We had to find a new orthodontist, essentially start over and pay once again. Eldorado Smiles has not returned any calls and sadly it may take going to court to get them to do the right thing and pay back a partial refund.

Very disappointed with my dentist appointment today. I had regular cleaning appointment today. They wanted to sell me deep cleaning package which will cost me 500 + from out of pocket which I denied so they didn't even try to clean anything just did polish. When I was in the clinic I heard them selling similar cleaning package to other customer. My disappointment is that they did not even clean anything on surface scaring that it will have bad effect so that one is forced to buy deep cleaning package from them.

The worst dental clinic ever. They want your money don't go. My experience is horrible, I moved from NJ and I use to go to a dental clinic for cleaning anf periodic maintenance every 6months. So when I moved to TX this clinic was my closest and took an appointment for the same. But they told I need a deep clean and 2 teeth needs crowns. They did not even find a small cavity. They want to make money by doing crowning in a good teeth. The doctors working there is not honest and unprofessional. They don't have respect and dignity towards there job. Please please don't go there find so other good dental place .

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BEING A CUSTOMER HERE! This should be zero stars. My daughter got her braces put on in October of 2021 and the last visit was in December. She has not been getting her treatment since then. They kept saying they are waiting on a new Ortho and not until I called this past friday July 8th did they tell me we were switched to a new place. No call, no follow-up. Did I mention they consistently charge my account monthly without providing service???? Always check out the reviews and believe existing customers when they tell you what they experience. Hopefully this will help someone not get ripped off.

All they care about his how to make money, never asked me what i want just throw their opinion at you and give u hefty quotes , one can never get a basic service done from these dentists until u get crooked by them

This is possibly the least professional office I have dealt with. I have 2 boys that had their braces put on with this office. Their last appointment was in January of this year, have not been able to get any follow up appointments since then, as the office claims they have not had an orthodontist "schedule" since then. What they really meant was that they could not get and Orthodontist to come work in their office. I called a little over a week ago to have our account closed, because I am switching my children over to a different practice, since then we have not been able to get through to talk to billing. They are still charging me the monthly installment for both children even after asking to have my account reconciled. Completely unprofessional. Terrible customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Horrible. They keep taking my money for braces but they don't have an orthodontist. Never once did they call or email me to go to a new place. Had to call for 3 months for someone to refer me out.

Dentists aren't bad but its impossible to a call through to the front desk for anything, all calls gets routed to a call center.
