I am very disappointed in these people who work in this office, I had an endodontic treatment and they did the job poorly, that caused me an infection. I told them that I was in pain, what they told me is that I should go to a specialist in the end to pay $2000 to do it a retreat, very bad for these people one loses a lot of money because they are not trained to do good jobs. I recommend looking for another dentist if you don't want to have a very bad experience.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Dr. Bordon is AMAZING! She's warm, caring, SUPER gentle and so reasonable. I was nervous about a filling that came out, that was quite large- nightmares of root canals and extraction- she fixed me up and I hardly even felt it! She helped me with payments and reducing cost to a really fair price.....I can't say enough about her and this office....BIG FAN! (first time I'm writing that about a dentist!) :) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

All are really nice, specially Elba. She is great as a person and profesional. She is going to tell you the truth and not doing something that you don't need. Thanks

Stay away from this scam operation! I had to file a complaint with my insurance company about the false information this place provided and the fraudulent charges they made! I came in for a regular cleaning; Dr. Bordon claimed my mouth was full of cavities (though wouldn't say how many/where) and that I had a "bad overbite" (my top front teeth extend very slightly over my bottom teeth - it's been like that ever since my braces came off). She told me to either get fillings or have some teeth removed, and that I needed braces again. I've never had a cavity in my life, and I couldn't see what she was talking about when she handed me a mirror to "show" me. At this point I was 100% sure this was a scam, so when she told me it was time to get xrays I just said no. She got angry with me and asked me if I still wanted my cleaning or if I just wanted to leave. When I asked to proceed with the cleaning that I came in for, she did a lazy job (just an electric toothbrush and a little bit of scraping, completely ignored my molars and wisdom teeth, didn't even floss or put any treatment on my teeth) that took under ten minutes. She also said that she would put more sealant on my molars - she never did. On top of the scam, this was an absolutely terrible experience in every other regard. I'll do my best to summarize: - It took a week to schedule my appointment, because no one ever answered the phone (I called six times) OR responded to the messages I left. Eventually I was called back - The location is poor, difficult to find, and no directions were provided. Once I found the practice, I got to experience paper thin walls, disgusting smells wafting in from other offices, and a WRETCHED unisex bathroom that was falling apart and had bloody toilet paper sitting on the sink. - Right off the bat, even the receptionist was trying to get me to have xrays done. It was the very first thing out of her mouth, the dental assistant's mouth, and the dentist's mouth. How can you recommend xrays if you haven't even looked at my teeth yet? - The dentist and dental assistance seemingly could not speak English terribly well. All three of them (dentist, assistant, receptionist) spoke to me like I was a child, and repeated the same phrases over and over again like broken records, no matter what I said. - Generally weird people. I asked the dentist how it was possible that I could go from no cavities ever to a mouth full of cavities in only two years (since the last time I saw a dentist), and the assistant chimed in with this bizarre rant about how "oh in the past two years there's been an increase in all the chemicals in our food, it's ruining our teeth and making us sick". The dentist said nothing. Also, the receptionist got pissed at me for not providing my "responsible party" information on my new patient form - I was apparently supposed to put my employer's name and address there. Mind you, this part of the form reads "First name/last name? Marital Status? Gender?"
