Dr. Eric Dellinger has been an orthodontist in the Midwest region for over 20 years. He earned his undergraduate degree at Indiana University, his dental degree at the Indiana University School of Dentistry and his master's degree at St. Louis University.

Dr. Dellinger has published several scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, is a lifetime board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, is an associate professor at the Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne Campus, is a past president of the Indiana Association of Orthodontists, Councilor for the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics, and is an active member in many leading dental and orthodontic organizations, such as the:

Dr. Dellinger is very active in his community, participating with the Steuben County Well Child Clinic and Kid's First Cleft Palate Team. He also very active with his family. Dr. Eric and his wife Katie stay busy with their 6 active children and 2 dogs. Days away from the office are spent watching their children play various sports and traveling with the family. Dr. Dellinger also loves to cook for friends and family.

We are excited to have Ali as new member of the ELD family. She is a 2017 graduate of the IPFW Dental Assisting Program and comes to our office with experience in general dentistry. Ali loves to see her patients smiles progress through treatment. She also enjoys spending her days in the clinic learning new things and values the team work at ELD. Away from the office, Ali enjoys spending her summers with her boyfriend Zach on the lake tubing and boating. In the winter and early spring, Ali can be found at Komet Hockey games cheering on her favorite team.

I love working with all age groups and helping them learn to love their smiles. I cherish the relationships built during our patients time in treatment. Alyssa is a 2012 graduate of the IPFW Dental Assisting Program. She joined the ELD family shortly after graduation, and we are so happy to have her as a part of our team. Alyssa is normally found in the clinic helping patients to progress their treatment, but she also spends time at the front desk and is our office OSHA Coordinator. Away from the office, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her fianc Ryan and daughter Mia. She also enjoys country concerts, crafing and shopping.

Amy is a 1999 graduate of the IPFW Dental Assisting Department and began her career with Dr. Eric immediately after graduation. Along with her many years of working for Dr. Eric, she also spent 12 years teaching the IPFW Orthodontics Technician Course. Amy wears many hats around the office. She is our clinical supervisor, builds our office schedule, helps at the front desk and is also our Marketing Director. Her favorite things about ELD are the relationships she has built with patients and their families over the years. Away from the office, Amy enjoys traveling with her family. There is never a dull moment with her husband Shon and daughter Charlotte.

Donna started her career working for Dr. Erics father Dr. Gene Dellinger. After taking time off to earn her Nursing Degree she returned to our office in 2003. She has had many job duties over the years, but she is now our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. There are many things that Donna loves about ELD, but her favorites are the patients and their parents. While not in the office, Donna loves to travel and read a good book. Maine is her destination of choice, but anywhere warm comes in a close second. Along with her husband Michael, she is a mother to 2 adult daughters and grandmother to 5 grandchildren. Her growing family keeps her very busy.

Jamie came to ELD in 2015 with lots of years of experience in orthodontic offices. Her favorite part about her day spent at ELD are the awesome smiles she helps to create. Along with her husband Jake, Jamie is Mom to 4 busy boys who are very active in 4H. Raising and showing pigs, goats and sheep take up a lot of their time. When her family is not busy with the animals they enjoy camping and spending time outside. Jamies favorite getaway is a weekend at Lake Michigan, but she and her husband also enjoy restoring and going to truck shows.

Janet has worked in the Orthodontic field since 1983 and we were thrilled to have her join the ELD team in 2016. As the office Financial Coordinator she is able to help families with their payment arrangements and aids families in making treatment affordable. Along with her husband John, Janet is mom to Mimi and Molly and grandmother to Elliott-Alexander and grandson #2 in June. When not working, Janet enjoys gardening and traveling to Hawaii.

After earning Associates Degrees in both Physical Therapy and Business, Mike joined our office in 2012. He plays a vital role in the day to day operations of our office. He is the behind the scenes team member that wears many hats. From the ordering of needed supplies to office maintenance, he is always busy. While not at the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay and their four children. He also likes to spend time outdoors hunting, fishing and playing sports.

In 2013, Stephanie completed the Dental Assisting Program at Ross Medical Education in Fort Wayne. She joined the ELD team in 2014. As a clinic technician, she loves to see all the smiles on patients faces when they leave the office. Stephanie is also a professional photographer and operates her own photography business. Along with her husband Jason, she is mom to Hunter, Houston and Daisy. Her family loves to spend time outdoors, fishing and going to the park.
