I was supposed to be scheduled for a cleaning. HAHA this appointment took over an hour for some x rays that were seriously so painful. She kept telling me to bite down well if I had bit down it would have literally went THROUGH my mouth. Then the "dentist," comes in and tells me he is writing everything down for the when the doctor comes in....? Ummm aren't you a doctor??? Never got my cleaning they made me schedule a whole other appointment which I will be canceling and never going back there. The icing on the cake was when the "dentist," was in my mouth he kept taking notes with his dirty pen then right back into my mouth. The place was filthy I almost instantly walked out. But it has been so long since I went to the dentist I said I would give it a chance. I would be shocked if I don't get sick or something from this nasty place.

Just left this place and I will NEVER let this dentist near myself or my family. Our dental plan had changed and we were assigned to this place. My son and I were scheduled for a cleaning and it never happened. The receptionist was very nice, but once that door opened to the examination rooms, it all went to hell. The place was cold, dirty, and dark. The doctor comes in and says he's going to do a consult only. When I questioned this, he evaded my questions and advised after the consult, we can make additional appointments for cleanings or whatever else. He looks in my son's mouth for maybe 3 minutes and tells me he has cavities and a bunch of other stuff going on... all without doing x-rays. I get that he's a doctor, and that he can probably notice things without the x-rays, but I've ALWAYS had x-rays, then cleaning, and then consult afterwards. He refused to do any cleanings on myself or my son, even though we were scheduled for them! He then asks us to go to the next room... no lights on in the hallways or rooms, no dental assistants anywhere. I'm not even confident he changed his gloves. We were about to just leave, but saw a large sign saying any cancellations would be met by a $50 charge. I reluctantly let him look in my mouth for a few minutes to which he told me I need orthodontics to correct two crooked teeth that I have and his x-ray vision could see I had a very small cavity starting. I know about my crooked teeth... they do not bother me and they are barely visible. He then tried to get me to agree to meet with the orthodontist. Dude... I JUST WANT MY TEETH CLEANED and any cavities I might have be filled! At this point, he calls me stubborn and asks, "Do you know how bad your teeth look? This is America and people take care of their teeth." At this point I tell him we're done here and we will not be coming back. Anyone who has Delta Dental and gets assigned to this quack needs to be reassigned ASAP! Most unprofessional dental experience of my life!

I would rate a zero if I could. Made an appointment and they cancelled, called me to verify my appointment 2 days before and I confirmed, next day they cancelled again, never saw the dentist and told them to forget about it. Just ridiculous. Read other reviews before going, wish I had. Glad they never got me.

Schedule a appointment at 2 ,they kept room locked and didn't showed up I waited for an hour ,unprofessional and unethical behavior

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! tooth is broken, extremely unprofessional. I already switched and I had work done less than 48 hours ago.

X-ray cape was dirty I noticed after he took it off that it was around the collar also. My neck started itching after and broke out to a rash. Female older assistant with an accent seemed untrained gave me a half job ,she cleaned about 4 teeth and I asked wasn't she going to clean the others , she said they we're good I don't need them all cleaned.....But she said come back for a deep cleaning ??? Exray machine was malfunctioning so the male assistant had to redo them over again. Etc. .,...There are not professional like they used to be

DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE. First visit, I was called into the operating room and was told to wait for the doctor. An hour passes with the nurse coming in every now and then, but no sign of the doctor. Turns out THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME. Doctor comes in, proceeds to tell me that he can't clean my teeth today anyways and schedules me for another appointment to get my cavities filled first. Maybe it was an honest mistake. I decided to give them another chance. On my second visit, the receptionist was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I even witnessed her putting a patient call on hold so she could continue gossiping on the office phone line with who I imagine is her friend. I don't know who or what kind of person would even want to be in contact with this miserable beast. But I sure as heck know that someone like her shouldn't be on the front lines of a practice that is supposed to be caring for and helping patients. I will never go back to this dentist again. The doctor himself might have known what he was doing but the receptionist was so terrible to deal with I'll never go back and I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible service, receptionist was rude. Cancelled appt. never told me. Dentist dragged out 1 small filling to 3 appt & still not done. Would give a minus rating if I could. Left went to another dentist. Had to fight to get xrays.

A scam dentist practice. Trust none of them. So had a toothache. I know it mostly needed a root canal. So when here and told them that. Say that it didnt and gave me filling. Which fell out about a 2 weeks later. When back [as it hurt like hel] say its worse than they thought gave me a call it a Timber and to come back in week. But have no opens till 2 weeks. [Temp filling] 2 days later fell out. And had to use over-the-counter filling to not be in pain. [At this point its been a month] Whent in. They take out the part thats there and well... they cant do it! Say it need a specialist. Which when i call takes over a month to get in to see. When i told them about it. Say they can fix it but because my insurance won't cover. And they will do it for 500$[why can they do it now?] So called my insurance. At no point did they get any paperwork about it. And it would be a month to confirm it... Confronted them as why they didn't submitted at any point. At least should have sent it at least 2 week ago. Say well we weren't sure if you needed it? I left at that point. With now half my tooth missing that was now so sensitive breathing hurt. Had to call around and pay 500 to get it done somewhere else. Thinking on it now. I still dont know what the heck they were plan on doing that day. As the point of the visit was to get a root canal. Which wouldn't have be cover. My guess is basically know I need a root canal on my 1st visit. Then waited till i was so overcome in pain they blindsided me to get me to paid.

3:30 appointment NO OTHER PATIENTS ARE HERE JUST ME Unbelievable I finally get into the room about 4pm wait about 15 minutes for the assistant to come in as she's apologizing (I said I was just about to leave) now Dr Elbasty looks over everything blah blah tells this female dentist to do the work on me (realizing later that he's leaving).. so long story short they decide to give me anesthesia on both sides of mouth the female dentist starts drilling my tooth but then notices Dr Elbasty is about to leave but "She needs to talk with him as she states" leaving me in the chair with the procedure started So minutes go by I tell the assistant to go tell her LETS GO she says ok one minute Umm 15 minutes later I had enough got up and walked out!!! Your with Dr.Elbasty all day you go have conversations on your time NOT YOUR PATIENT IN WHICH YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PROCEDURE WITH!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Now reading others reviews this place is HORRIBLE .
