We had a wonderful experience here. I work in healthcare myself and have high standards of care all of which were met. They didn't try to make me wait in the waiting room when my daughter went back, they had a large TV on and let her choose anything she wanted to watch while they did her fillings, and they were patient with her when she needed breaks. She needs some more work done in a couple of weeks and she's not nervous at all. We only switched to this office because they took our insurance and we've been pleasantly surprised.

Christine was very welcoming as we walked back to the exam room. She reassured me that I was doing a good job keeping my implant clean and showed me where I needed more work. She provided me with some tools that would help. I had a few questions that answered knowledgeably. I never once felt shame nor have I ever in this office. The girls up front were very kind. It was nice to Dr. Moeller, who also was reassuring. It was a wonderful visit.

I have received nothing short of excellent service since becoming a patient at Elan Dental a year and a half ago. I always feel listened to and comfortable at visits. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the East Lansing area.

While the staff is very friendly and I've been going for years, today I had to worst (and fastest) cleaning I've ever had. My actual cleaning lasted 8 minutes. My teeth were dabbed with toothpaste and not at all cleaned as she rushed through the entire process. I was very disappointed today and am hopeful I will have a better experience with someone else next time.

Everyone at Elan dental on lake lansing are totally awesome! I loved the experience from the second I walked in the door they are amazing at what they do I felt like I was there most important patient everyone gives 110 percent . I am so grateful to them I can't thank everyone there enough for there amazing work.

Left another practice due to terrible office staff and unfriendly doctors. So far I'm very happy with Elan through 4 fillings. Office staff and assistants very friendly and Dr. Wagner gets right to business.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, they are efficient with great skills. They are very good at identifying problem areas and offering solutions and or treatment plans to address those issues. They are willing to discuss ways to address funding difficulties!

The staff was just lovely. Becky spent a lot of time with me explaining the implant procedure and costs. And she listened to my entire dental history which is quite detailed. Dr. Moeller was absolutely lovely as well. He really explained everything to me and also gave me a lot of hope. I had previously thought my bone loss was too severe and my options limited; however, Dr. Moeller assured me that he could help me. It was all in all a wonderful experience! From the minute I walked in the door for my 2nd ever appointment with them and they knew me by name I could not have been happier about the entire experience. I'm about to have some major implant work done and everyone along the way has been kind and caring and has spent as much time with me as I've needed. I of course have a lot of questions about this process I'm beginning with them and they answer every one and don't rush through it. Honestly, I've had 4 other consults and without hesitation, decided to go with Dr Moeller and his crew. I'm super happy with my decision and feel like I'm in the best of hands. UPDATE: I am well into the implant procedure with the crew at ELAN and again, I could not be happier with this experience. Alex is my implant tech and she has been super accommodating and is quite the perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in an implant tech! Currently I have a full set of lower, temporary implants in place until the bone is well healed. Honestly, I am so happy with the temporaries and can't even imagine how great the permanent one's will be. Alex assures me that I'll be even happier with those and I believe her! The techs who make the teeth have done a superior job with appearance and fit. Dr. Moeller has been so accommodating and kind and a top notch perfectionist and i always look forward to seeing him and of course the office staff are always so friendly and nice. I cannot stress enough how confident I am in my decision to go with ELAN implants. I have not had one experience that has been less than wonderful. All of my anxieties about these implants have been alleviated and I continue to be extremely happy with ELAN implants!

Since I was a young child I was terrified of the dentist and had so much anxiety surrounding it. Recently I decided to make the switch to Elan Dental Group, and it was the best decision I could have made for my dental health. The staff were so kind, personable, and professional. I felt so warmed and comforted from the second I walked in. I can say that for once in my life, I am excited to return back for my next dental appointment.
