I've been a patient here for about 2 1/2 years after my previous dentist retired and I could not be happier. I know that I am getting excellent care with every appointment. I highly recommend Elan Dental Group. Update 1/31/2022...I'd like to thank Dr. "Chip" Kimble for the very good care I have received from him from a correct diagnosis of shingles in my mouth last fall to recent dental work done. I know that I am in good hands with Dr. Chip! Thanks!

Just had my first visit there ever and was very impressed. The entire staff was very efficient and very caring. And my dentist, Dr. W, was extremely professional. Elan Dental is now my new dental office going forward. Highly recommend.

Failed dental work. I have had my bottom retainer repaired twice by this group in the past six months. This past weekend it failed AGAIN (mind you I've had it for over 15 years and never had a single issue with it). This time it is extremely painful and cutting my tongue making eating very challenging. When I called for an urgent appointment today they refused to see me for TWO weeks because I crossed the state border. I even offered to get a COVID test. Their response was NO - two weeks because you left Michigan. I understand COVID restrictions, protocols and am very cautious myself. However, refusing care because I drove out of the state is ridiculous. I will never go back to this practice.

I would recommend Elan Dental Group to absolutely anyone! The office has a fantastic atmosphere and all of the staff are extremely friendly. I'm a relatively new patient (less than 6 months), but every team member has made me feel like part of the family from Day 1. COVID-19 protocols have also been really thorough (health questions in advance of the visit, precautions to avoid patients passing each other, all staff with masks). The hygienists who have worked with me have been great about tailoring my treatment to my needs. Dr. Keil herself is a fantastic dentist who does great work with a light touch. She's also an excellent communicator and works with you to figure out the treatment you need. I've had previous experiences with dentists pushing me towards procedures I was uncomfortable with, so this has been a breath of fresh air. I'll be coming to Elan as long as I'm in Ann Arbor and I would encourage you to give them a try!

From my experience, this is a great dental office. Pretty well organized and centered on patients oral health. Staff is charming. I'm picky because it has been hard to find a good family dentistry for us. Dentists and hygienists go the last mile to explore options for you, I appreciate their honesty and low pressure on customers.

Best dental practice in Ann Arbor. I really appreciated all the safety measures put in place to ensure the health and safety of all patients. The office was also really clean. Dr. Keil was highly skilled, very kind, and explained in detail the procedures. Would highly recommend this practice!

Where to start with this place. They come off as an office that is designed for you and cares about you. Like the false front their snazzy office provides, the doctors at this location are after your money not your concerns or quality of cares. My dentist, Dr. Keil, seemed more interested in giving me botox rather than fillings and crowns. After a few appointments, I recognized that they didn't care what I wanted and were only interested in pushing their care. I can't speak for the other dentist who works here because I was so upset with the first dentist. That said, I'm sure if they work together, they probably have similar ideas.

During these covid times, this is my favorite place to get dental care. The front office was very kind and accomodating. Dr. Keil was amazing, I am so happy I came here. I 10/10 recommend!

I have severe dental anxiety and Trigeminal Neuralgia which causes facial pain. it's wonderful to find dentists and Hygenists that understand that this is a real issue for people. Fresh cookies, coffee and pleasant desk staff help make the insubstantial wait pleasant as well.

I've been coming to this office since 1997 (I was 14!), and even when I moved out of state to Georgia for 4 years of school I would come back twice a year for my cleanings - that's how much I love it here. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and never make you feel like just another patient. Not to mention, the bright airy office with it's big beautiful windows makes for a super-relaxing environment.
