Dr. Moeller and his staff treat me with such care. They are especially careful to explain what they are doing and why. I appreciate that.

Unfortunately, unprofessional front desk service, racists. they need you to accommodate their schedules and they won't do so. The front desk lady talk to me in disgraceful way over the phone and when I ask for the doctor to complain, they send me a letter that they won't provide service for me. Really? Is that your way to do business?

The staff is always friendly. Their COVID practices are clear and safe. I've always received excellent care from this facility. The office and waiting areas are clean and attractive. They seem to always be running on time, I've never had to wait past my appointment time. They are very attentive and utilize multiple communication methods to make responding to confirmations, and things of that nature, more convenient.

Both times i had a dental emergency they were able to get me in quickly. I have a lot of teeth issues. I like that my situation is prioritized. What needs to be done now and what can be done in the future.

I feel really bad after teeth filling. My teeth don't have any problems at all (I ask other doctors and they say my Xray and photos looks good.) But Elan, They just want you have over treatment. They removed some part of my teeth and filled. After filling, gaps between my teeth become wider and feel painful when eating! Also, the gaps where teeth been treated always stuck with a lot of food residue than other area! I bet they want me must have more treatments with those gaps they created for me!

I gave myself a great holiday gift by visiting Elan Dental and trusting them with my oral health. I was surprised to see the remodeled office, which is quite charming. Nonetheless, the service and treatment was outstanding as before. Some things should never change!

I'm so shocked at this group! The level of customer service is awful. This team cancelled our appointments 1 week in advanced to say the hygienist is out. Offered for us to come in 2 hours after the call was made- and I'm not available to get my kids out and bring them in. They are closed half the day on Friday's, but would reschedule for January/ February timeframe, leaving my kids 9 months without an exam. While that is the situation, the real problem is this... there were no real solutions brought to the table to help our family with this problem. It is clear Elan is not concerned about the people they serve, are not flexible, and during so much stress in these last few years, is not willing to adjust to schedule a customer in ( these are kids appointments, they don't take that long) when it was them who was cancelling the appointment. I would not recommend them as a choice for your dentist work. Find a place that will treat you with respect.

Diane, who has been my hygienist for some time. is a true professional in her work. She is all business, meshed with a very pleasing approach and personality. While she realizes I am not always totally disciplined in my daily care, she looks out for my caring about my teeth and how it is so impt. for overall health care. I feel lucky to have a person of such high quality.

I had a sort of emergency when the cap on my molar tooth came off. The front office staff at Elan dental group were very helpful, got me on the doctor's list promptly and the cap was affixed within a day! Thank you!

Have an insurance only a few doctors take and an extreme fear of dentists. very happy with Elan!

As a newer patient, I am very impressed. I was nervous to leave my dentist office after so many years but Elan made it easy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I appreciate their updated technology for taking molds and X-rays. The office is clean and the fact that they take COVID-19 protocols so seriously shows that they really care about their patients.

Was my kid's first time at the dentist, so I was skeptical on the outcome. But it was really well, every body was kind and comprehensive with the little one. The dentist was very professional and explained us every step. I recommend this clinic.

We switched to ELAN a few years ago now, and it has always been an absolutely wonderful experience. Before ELAN, trips to the dentist were a very "clinical" experience (to say the least). Now we quite literally look forward to every trip in (no matter what the procedure). They have become almost like extended family, and we are very grateful we found them... Thank you guys!
