WAAAAY below average dentists... I had to return only 2 months after a filling because the one they did fell out in 2 months... One and a half years later - it fell out again - they told me too bad! They quoted me $30,000 for 3 root canals and a filling- for below average dentistry work... They charge WAYYY to much for work that DOESNT LAST AT ALL! GO ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT FOR THIS PLACE! ANYWHERE!

My experience at El Portal Dental Group was excellent. From the first time I went there for a consultation to surgery. Dr Gill, Dr Davis, and Cindy where outstanding. Dr Gill made me feel very comfortable and walked me through every step of the procedure. Cindy also made me feel very comfortable with her friendly personality and bubbly outlook on life. Even for follow-up appointments, Dr Gill made me feel comfortable all the questions I had and even follow up questions. I recommend this Dental Group to anyone who is seeking expert, excellent customer service, and genuine excellence

Exceptional service from every member of the dental group that I encountered from the receptionist to the hygienist and dentist. They do an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done. They are not pushy so you will not feel forced to have any procedures. Keely was my hygienist and I can't thank her enough for making sure I was as comfortable as possible during my teeth's deep cleaning. A place like this actually makes me look forward to going to the dentist.

Best Dental Facility in the Valley. The staff, hygienists and doctors are supremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Me and the family are very happy to have El Portal Dental Group taking care of our dental needs Finding a good dentist is a very difficult task. El Portal made this easy for me and my family.

This was the quickest, most gentle teeth cleaning appointment I've ever had. It started exactly on time - no wait time at all, which is a big deal for me. Jenny did my teeth cleaning and I'm so glad she did because she was friendly and very gentle. We were even able to have a brief conversation during the cleaning which was refreshing! Judy did my x-rays and was also very kind. They were both really good at not making me feel like just a number but an actual patient. Overall, a great experience! After the cleaning, I was taken into an office to discuss a treatment plan which really just translated to scheduling and pre-paying for my next appointments. I'm ok with pre-paying for my follow-ups but that whole setup should feel less like a timeshare presentation or debt collector call. Lorena was super nice and helpful though! In hindsight, the office setup is ok because financial conversations don't always go over smoothly and best held in private. Bottom line: I'd recommend El Portal Dental Group to all my friends and family.

I just returned from my very first exam and cleaning at El Portal Dental Group. My x-ray tech, dentist (Dr. Nguyen), and the staff was extremely kind. Dr. Nguyen was relaxed and gentle with me while doing a perio charting, which I really appreciated, because I've been to dentists who rush through and don't explain what they're doing. Not the case here. My hygienist was even more gentle with the cleaning. On top of that, I got some really good news -- no cavities! And no need to return for deep cleaning. I'm back to two regular cleanings per year, granted I keep up with my home care. Altogether, I woudn't hestiate to get your dental care from El Portal. I'm really happy I am their patient. Only downside is that I'm not from this town, so I will be going back to a new dentist in my home town, and they are not as caring, gentle, and kind as El Portal.

If i could have give them - zero star tht would be right thing.i went to have regular cleaning which was $199 package.they took x-rays n said u hv cavity and we can't do cleaning first pay us 500$ more to treat ur teeth and then we will do regular cleaning n i ask for refund and she did'nt give the refund either.The lady named LOURA did that.be careful evryone!

I love it here I've had my braces for a year and a half with no issues and today I got my wisdom teeth taken out it was so quick and virtually painless everyone here is so nice and helpful
