Dr Marshall and ALL his staff members are amazing! I was so stressed out about having my tooth pulled. Dr Marshall was so reassuring and made me feel like every thing was going to be alright. The ladies in front were welcoming, helpful and friendly as well as his assistant.

Five stars for the great work on my son (8 teeth extracted in one sitting). One star for the administrative work. I indicated at the very beginning that my son was covered by two insurances - mine and my husband's (active military). I told them my insurance needs to be billed first as military insurance is always secondary. I was told it went off our birthdates, therefore they billed my husband's first. Of course, as I suspected, several months later, after I had to call and inquire about my refund (I had to pay almost $900 out of pocket because of their bill now, reimburse later policy), they messed up the billing and the claim by my husband's insurance was denied. I was told in July that they would send my claims to their processors to fix and I should receive a refund in the mail. It's now October and nothing. Not a single word or money in the mail. I'm fortunate that I don't need to rely on that $900, but this is poor business. I'm about to initiate an insurance fraud investigation. It should not take this long. My phone number is on file -- please return my calls if you want to get this sorted out finally.

My son's appointment for consultation to remove wisdom teeth was approximately a month ago. They were supposed to get approval from insurance company. They have never called me and my calls to them have been unsuccessful. The phone just rings and then I leave messages but no one ever calls back. Now my son is complaining of pain from his wisdom teeth. So I will get another referral to a more professional office.

Dr. Marshall and his staff are AMAZING!!! Very kind,professional,caring all the positive adjectives I can think of, they are. I had a very bad experience getting an extraction with another oral surgeon and I expressed my anxiety and fear to the staff and they were so wonderful with assurance and reassurance that were going to do everything they could to calm those fears. They did that and more. If you need an oral surgeon for yourself or your kids you should absolutely go to El Paso Oral Surgery Center.

Took us in with an emergency great customer service staff was excellent and the Dr. was fantastic he explained how everything was going to go and made my daughter feel comfortable.

Dr. Marshall and his team are fantastic! They are taking every safety precaution and provide excellent service. Contrary to a few other offices I called, his office was able to tell me right away if they accepted my insurance Dr. Marshall is professional and personable. He removed all four of my wisdom teeth and calmed my nerves before the procedure. Afterwards, he saw me for a follow up and even accommodated to my schedule when removing my stitches. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you, Dr. Marshall!

I have never had any work done in my mouth ever no cavities, so when I found out my wisdom teeth were impacted and I needed them removed I was a big ball of nerves. They are so amazing here, the dentist was so professional and really made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I would be fine. They made the whole process quick and easy. My surgery was yesterday and I'm doing great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was the best experience I have had going to the dentist and having a procedure. I had 2 wisdom teeth extractions with zero complications, minimal bleeding and no pain, only discomfort. Today is day 2 and I feel fine, I was impressed that the staff called to check on me. The Dentist and staff are very professional and the Dentist explained every step and possible options. I was made aware of exactly what my out of pocket would be so there were no shocking surprises. Definitely 5 Stars!!!

From the first phone call to the actual procedure, this has been a great experience and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing dental procedures. Dr. Marshall is the absolutely nicest, funniest & thorough, oral surgeon that I have met. He told me what to expect during and after my procedure. They send your prescriptions in so that they are ready to be picked up the minute you are out. Ms. Amy (she works in the front and is the first face you see when entering the office), was super kind and called me back with a last minute cancelation as I requested to be on stand by if there were any cancelations. To my luck, she called me and I just appreciate the consideration she has for patients and their well-being. You can see how hard she is working to accommodate all patients and goes above & beyond to provide the best customer/patient experience. To all the ladies in the back who helped with the preparation of my procedure, they were super friendly, are beyond sweet and help relax you before, during, and after. While having my procedure, my anxiety was getting the best of me. I can remember one of them gently placing their hand on mine as if to say not to worry, they are there for me. It was comforting given how nowadays physical touch from others has diminished. But when you genuinely care about the comfort of others (rather than just your own comfort), it really puts into perspective the sacrifice that these doctors, nurses, assistants, etc. are making for YOU! I truly appreciate all the staff at El Paso Oral Surgery Center. Again, this is the place to go if you care about comfort, professionalism, and a very good experience! Dr. Marshall, you are the best and the civilian world is blessed to have you as a surgeon!

I had recently had my two wisdom teeth pulled out by Dr.Marshall and his team ! I was a ball of nerves , I've never gone under anesthesia or even had an IV before. They were all very kind and reassuring the entire time! I highly recommend this place !!

Dr. Marshall was OUTSTANDING. I had my surgery today to extract all 4 wisdom teeth. I was extremely anxious he made sure to tell me every detail of whats going to happen, answered all my questions and worries! then I went sleepy woke up in a flash, everything went great! His staff is extremely professional and very nice. Highly recommend Dr. Marshall to everyone!

My experience was great! The office accommodated my scheduled date with my busy time. They were flexible, the consult was pleasant because Dr. Marshal was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The billing part went well because the ladies upfront handled everything through my insurance. The surgery was fast and felt simple. I hardly had any discomfort after surgery. I recommend this office so much!!!!!

Staff is wonderful and attentive. Facility was clean and the Doctor explained the whole procedure and inspired my confidence. Had the surgery only a few hours ago.
