Incredibly rude, arrogant, and profoundly unprofessional staff. There are other local dental offices with significantly better customer service skills that can provide exceptional care. Avoid this place!

I must agree with the prior review. El Norte Dental has to be the worst. They are very prejudice and didn't care about the severe nerve pain I was experiencing.

I was assigned to this dentist by Anthem my new insurance carrier. I called the office 5 times in January to make an appointment and received no call back. I had to walk in to the office to make a cleaning/exam appointment. The front desk girl rather than being kind and welcoming, said "We don't have anything until April 1st". Ok, so I scheduled and waited 3 months. Called this past Monday to confirm and once again, no human beings present to answer the phones. Stopped by and the front door was locked during business hours. My appointment was at 9am. The dental assistant must have been new because he had very little confidence in his ability to take x-rays. I had to repeat several areas and he injured the inside of my mouth. I had to use the restroom and was disgusted by what I saw, during a Covid-19 pandemic no less! The sink was filthy and looked as though it hadn't been wiped down in days. The toilet paper wasn't in the holder just perched on them, so they could fall onto the dirty ground. The toilet had permanent stains in the bowl! They are in a dental office and could easily drop a denture cleaning tablet into the water. If they don't know how to remove stains from porcelain, I question their dental skills at cleaning teeth. I was placed in a exam chair, no bib and waited another 20 minutes for the dentist. She told me I needed an extraction/implant, etc. and she'd send the money lady in to discuss finances. NO CLEANING YET! I wasn't getting a cleaning today only the exam and x-rays. What? No one ever told me that when I made my appointment. I have always gotten exams/x-rays/cleaning in the first visit. Just a way to charge the insurance company more money for a second visit that could have been completed in one. I will be contacting Anthem Blue Cross and reporting this office for their less than honest practices.

Probably the worst dental care I've gotten. Office checked insurance and gave me a document with what I would owe but not correctly and then charged me more for their mistake. They try very hard to upsell braces.

Got a chipped tooth fixed here, then 3 weeks later all the material came off my tooth. The office said that it's fairly normal and to come back so they can fix it, needless to say I didn't go back, did not want them to mess it up even more.

Careful with this dental group They gave my mother a loose fitting denture payed by Medicare. We initially told them it's loose fitting, they then told us to come back as it may fit gradually. We made a follow up appt and complained that it was loose, they did nothing after the third follow up still complaining of loose fitting they then turned around saying we should pay $350 for re fitting. My problem is that, why would you put a loose fitting denture and charged Medicare then turn around and charge your clients extra money for a re fitting, sounds like a sham! Wonder how often This happens here!?Veronica, the office assistance acts as if she knows the world, woman is clueless and will argue with her patients. Look on yelp!
