If there was an option of 0 star I would have given them . I called them and told about my son's special needs and they said they can totally take care of it . When I reached on the appointment day they clearly told me to take him to other clinic and the dentist didn't even tried to take a look at his teeth Will not recommend to anyone

I have been a patient for many years. Everyone is so nice and great at what they do. Dr. Carmichael is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable! I've had cleanings, wisdom teeth extracted, root canals and normal maintenance here. Never had any issues and will continue seeing them for dental needs!

Let's face it, no one wants to go to the dentist. Today I had 4 fillings and a crown. Not exactly my idea of a good time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Tiffany the dental hygienist for making me as comfortable as possible. She even asked what type of music I enjoy and played it while they were working on my teeth.

The front desk clerk wasn't wearing a mask and was coughing. She also mentioned she'd been out sick for three weeks. I scheduled a new patient appointment two weeks prior and listed I was pregnant. They wait until the day of my appointment to say they need medical clearance from my obgyn. My apt was at 8 and my obgyn doesn't open till 9 so why wasn't this done prior to my apt. Also when I scheduled the lady informed me I wouldn't need x ray but the front desk clerk stated I would. Again why wasn't all this discussed prior to my apt? The lady asked if I wanted to reschedule. I'm self employed and took off work for this apt so I'm not talking off work to wait another 20-30 min. No thanks. I thought they were very unprepared for my apt and would not recommend.

I have been going to El Dorado for several years ( so has my husband ). The staff is very friendly & professional. The main reason I keep going back is Dr. Carmichael, however the last few times I was seen by 2 other dentists. We went to the same dentist in Fayetteville, NC for 20 years. I was expecting to be Dr. Carmichael's patient. I have nothing against the other dentists, I just prefer Dr. Carmichael.

I had my Wisdom teeth taken out and it was such a pleasant experience Everyone was so informative! I would definitely recommend this office to others Dr. Carmichael and Dr.Chen are amazing.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff is patient and kind with my children. The receptionist is always smiling, polite and professional and Dr. Carmichael is wonderful. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.
