Super bad service, had made my appointments and they call you the same day to let you know they need to change them. I had an appointment at 1:00PM, i waited in the lobby(full) for 30 minutes and they never called me. I asked the lady if she could give me a copy of the fillings that i need, to take care of them in different clinic and complained about the time they were taking to call me in, she answered very rude and wanted to charge me $45 for it. Ridiculous, I am not going to pay for something that my insurance already paid. I told her to cancel my next appointment. Overall the Doctor and their assistants had been nice to me, seems like the have to change their receptionists.

Very satisfied with the outcome, very professional staff. Very good customer service. All questions were answered and explained in detail. I recommend this place to everyone that needs dental services

Never write reviews, but I had to just had to share my experience! From the X-ray tech, to the assistants and dentist, everyone was so accommodating and kind. Made the whole appointment so comfortable and FAST. Best dentistry in the IV!

I've started coming to Here for Dental work in 2021 because I was tired of driving father to other places, so convenience initially brought me in, but once I got to meet the staff and experienced how professional they, and saw how they are trying to do the best work for you, this is what got me to keep coming back. Ellie and Dr Rich have been beyond amazing. If you have some work to get done, I'd highly recommend you try this team out.

My experience at El Centro dental was the best ever. The girls that work there the doctor super great everywhere in imperial Valley looking for a doctor for my son and there was no one that wanted to see him Or give him a chance because of his TBI a TBI is Trumatic brain injury for those that don't know For three weeks my son was going through it Dr. Lange so sweet and the biggest heart I'm so thankfull I walked in that office my son Is pain free God bless the all

What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait at least an hour in the waiting room, and then even longer to see a doctor. I've left twice in the middle of my appointments because I don't plan on spending my whole day here for a simple cleaning.

If there was a 0 star rating this would be it , I went in to get a tooth filed down and I came out with them pulling a tooth out , then they said I could get a free X-ray and then they said I needed a crown and then they charged me 1000 and they didn't even finish it because they took over 4 hours because they were so busy they kept leaving and then they told me to leave and come back tomrorow , horrible place I usually don't judge but this was so horrible experience just to get a tooth ''FILED''

The wait is so long. I waited for 3hours and still have 3patients in front of me. Every time I go there, the wait time is more than 2hours. So, I decided to go to some other dentist.
