Dr. K. Nicelyis a Board Certified and Licensed General Dentist (DDS) in Texas. She has had a great amount of education and experience in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, and limits her practice to Orthodontics in El Campo and Beeville, TX. She corrects crooked (mis-aligned) teeth and bite, and treats TMJ pain and jaw symptoms as well as airway and sleep-related symptoms with oral appliances. At El Campo Braces, she utilizes advanced technologies (including dental LASER) as well as traditional braces, clear braces, and aligners to straighten teeth and to give beautiful smiles and healthy jaw functions. Dr. K. Nicely grew up in a humble home in China, and understands the importance of hard work, faith and integrity. After graduation from college, she attended Baylor University for graduate school with scholarships. She worked for the local governments of Austin and Waco, and then for the E9-1-1 system In Oklahoma City area for many years before she attended Dental School at the University of Oklahoma, which is one of the top clinical dental schools in the US. Her heart has always known a calling in the healthcare field, and she felt blessed to be given the skills, temperaments and experience required for orthodontic dentistry. She treats her patients like her own families. She enjoyed her mission trips to Peru, and loved volunteering her time and skills during her clinical training years.
Dr. Nicely always strives to stand in the forefront of innovated technologies to provide better, safer ways of serving her family of patients with love and compassion. She loves learning from seasoned practitioners and from listening to her patients. She is a member of the International Association for Orthodontics(IAOrtho.org), which is based in Wisconsin, USA,and she has gained over 270+ hours of orthodontic continuing education hours with clinical experience.She limits her practice to Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, and utilize appliances to help improve sleep and airway health. She strives to make the best esthetic result possible for any given teeth and gum situations (environment) in every patient.
