Biggest scam!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Rude unprofessional double and triple charge my account in a month. Unorganized never reschedules than when you call they don't have appointments for months. Even when brackets fall if they go months without fixing them and when you finally say something they say they didn't notice!! How could You not notice a missing bracket if you're looking at the child's teeth! Unbelievable! Did i mention yesina is the rudest most unprofessional person and shouldn't be answering calls without proper training.

Orthodontist great! But over booked people standing all around all seats filled hectic people outside waiting. I was in the back with my daughters as they were to get braces on and started was handed blank forms to fill out and sign. The person that handed them to me quickly left. I realized it's a contract and finances empty aI go wait in line to ask how much is the rates and finally get to the top of the line and asked and was shewed away because they were so busy. Frustrating and those signed papers are semi filled out by me. But I didn't want them turned in without the correct procedures and amounts anything could be added to it. So I'm discussing this with my kids father he comes up to ask about the contract gets nothing but attitude and cut off. He wants to make sure the contract is gone over with there part filled out in it was blank but they wanted everything signed before hand. Meanwhile my daughters braces were done without anything signed. Just a frustrating mess My kids father just wanted to make sure prices and procedures and signature's were on papers before we agree to pay out of pocket.

Sad to see how bad this place has become since Dr. Hellwig and Dr. Deverill left. The reviews say it all. They were good before 2021 and went downhill after. Not helpful and rude. Don't go.

Save yourself the time, stay away. Unprofessional staff at front desk and long wait times. The advertised promotional pricing is not honored.

Great staff working all together.first time my daughter got her braces and were really helpful.Good communication too.I totally recommend to take your kids there and yourself.

The doctor, dentist assistants & all the ladies up front were very kind to me and all 3 of my young kids. They were patient with my girls when they were scared to get braces. They talked to them the whole time while getting them on and at the end of our appt they gave my kids a treat. My kids can't wait to go back.

Great Service, Zulmy was such a great receptionist. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable with her generosity that she had. Dr. Z was super friendly and we had such a great conversation that made me want to come back and make this place as my primary care for dental! Thank you guys so much!! I love my new braces!

The staff was very nice once I agreed to the brace things moved pretty quick. The staff was patient and encouraging. Glad I came here.

I went in to get a consultation in April. This dentist is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to your questions and needs. Their service to their patients is top tier.

The doctors and dentist assistants were very kind to us. They were nice to me and my daughter, and she said it didn't hurt when she got her braces. The prices are unbelievable great.

Where do I start .. going in, there was a guy with a sign tell people not to get seen by this clinic but I thought maybe he just had a bad situation. I was wrong, staff was very rude questioning every client and giving back talk while I waited .. an hour after my scheduled time still weren't ready and their excuse was we come from LA and no one wants to come down here. If this is the case why schedule so many people. I was in a lobby full of people and it seemed everyone had an issue or another even an elderly lady which had been calling with no answer and had to come in to get her situation addressed and they played it off by cutting her off and telling her to have a sit. Unprofessional by far .. to add they're in the middle of renovations place just looks like a construction site. Also checked reviews .. seemed like it was a great place till it was sold and new owner isn't running it the same

While they have a good deal on braces, make sure you clear all your plans the day of the appt cause you'll be waiting for a lonnnnggg time. They overbook like crazy!! If you have kids and have to pay a sitter per hour I recommend planning to dish out extra money. But you can bet if you're late they will make you reschedule!
