Dr. Cakuli strives to make every patient visit comfortable and worry free. She uses special techniques to minimize dental anxiety and leads patients to make informed decisions about their treatment. Her main focus is prevention of dental disease by teaching patients how to properly brush and floss and have a healthy dental diet.
Dr. Cakuli completed her training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2008 and was the recipient of several awards. She stayed on at Columbia to complete a residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, focusing on Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. She later returned to her Alma Mater as an Associate Clinical Professor in 2012. She is very passionate about dentistry, and making her patients laugh and smile.

Dr Eklea Cakuli and her staff is very welcoming and professional . What I like about Dr Eklea she makes you feel comfortable and relax before you sit in the chair and even more so when you sit in the chair . She politely ask about you as a person and engage in conversation before she begins her procedure. The cleanliness of the office is outstanding and I would highly recommend this office to anyone in search of a dentist that makes you feels at home . This have been my third visit and I am truly happy with the service . Keep up the good work . I had a n 11:45 appointment on July 14 . I was running about 20 minutes late . When I got to the office, looking at the time the assistant at the front desk said that I may have to be rescheduled. Dr. Eklea said "come on in Cynthia I'll see you and we will make it quick ". There was another patient that was about to come in for their appointment. Dr Eklea was still thorough as she tended to me. And made sure that I was comfortable while performing the procedure. I was very pleased that I was able to be seen and the professionalism of Dr . Eklea and her staff is truly amazing . I am just so happy to have found this place . Dr Eklea and her staff is refreshing , welcoming and warm . Ok f you need a dentist who cares and is concerned here is the place you need to be . Keep up the good work

If I had to share "an experience," we'd be here all day. Let's just say, Dr. Cakuli filled in for my dentist at the time and I left with her! I've followed her to 3 different locations and I cross a bridge each time. I'd cross three if I had to.

I've been having an issue where everything I eat will get stuck between my back teeth. The dental facility i use to go to for the past 7 years rotates dentist which means so many dentist worked on my issue. They keep removing and putting toothed fillings. And everytime, the filling is uncomfortable and it doesn't solve my issue. I stopped going to that dental practice. I asked around for good dentist and a friend of mine recommended Dr Cakuli so I went. First she examined my teeth and then cleaned it. She right away saw my issue. I didn't have to explain anything. She scheduled me to fix my fillings. I had to reschedule it few time and the office was understanding and professional. I finally went in to do the procedure. She remembered that im a new mom and is breastfeeding so she gave me a low dose anesthesia. She gave me step by step update while she's doing the procedure.. i out of the office with a huge smile. I was happy because instantly I felt better. No food get stuck between my teeth anymore and my bite is better. If so happy I went to her and that I will have one dentist that will work on my mouth for a very long time. I will bring my daughter here when she gets older. I highly recommend!

Dr. Cakuli is a wonderful dentist. She is kind and professional. She takes the time to explain everything step by step. I have been going to see her over the past few years and she really listens to you and makes sure you are happy and comfortable every time. I have had cavities as well as a crown done and was not in pain at all. Her staff is professional and nice. I never wait long at all when I arrive. I highly recommend Dr. Cakuli.
