Dr. Elsie Joel-Morse loves being a dentist and her passion is evident from the moment you meet her. She has been practicing dentistry since graduating from University of Maryland Dental school in May of 2003. Understanding that skill and compassion go hand in hand, she combines her dental expertise with modern procedures and cutting-edge technology in order to provide you with the most current treatment options.Dr. Morse brings an ease to all dental visits and finds working with the apprehensive patient particularly rewarding.She alsoenjoys all aspects of dentistry and is a Preferred InvisAlign provider. She has taken advanced training in CEREC technology and has been recognized as one of the Top Dentists by Baltimore magazine.
Dr. Morse and her husband Bryan live in Ellicott City and enjoy spending time with their two daughters, Reina and Jasmine. During her free time, Dr. Morse likes to play volleyball, tennis, cook, travel, and spend time with her girls that are growing up too fast. She is also a loyal Washington Football Team fan and can be found watching as many NFL games as possible.

Jackie has been fully submerged in the dental field for the past 22 years and absolutely loves it. In 1991 she received her dental radiology certification and Qualified Dental Assisting License from the Medix School located in Towson Maryland. Her skills surpass dental assisting and is well versed in all areas of the dental office. As clinical manager, she excels in providing quality patient care with a gentle touch and sense of humor. Jackie is very excited to work at EJM Dental Studio and is looking forward to helping you achieve your dental needs, creating a healthier you.

Melissa is EXCITED to be part of a growing team here at EJM dental studio. Born and raised on Marylands eastern shore, Melissas love of dentistry started right out of high school when she became a dental assistant. After 8 years she decided to take her career to the next level and went on to become a dental hygienist. She received her Dental Hygiene degree in 2016 and is also licensed to administer Local Anesthesia. Her fun and passionate approach to dental care will keep you laughing and educated at the same time.
She is passionate about providing our patients with the highest quality of care, staying up to date on the newest research and technologies dentistry has to offer. In her spare time she loves spending time with her dog Grace, at the gym, and traveling!
Reina has been a part of the EJM Team since the summer of 2017. She is currently a senior at Howard High School and is excited to be graduating soon. She plays a pivotal role in keeping the clinical procedures going smoothly - keeping the treatment rooms pristine and organized. She loves taking digital impressions with an iTero and eliminating the need for goopy impressions. She is the quiet mega-helper to our clinical manager.
When she is not working, you will find her spending time with her friends, watching Grey's Anatomy on Netflix, and spending time with her two puppies - Pixie and Nala. Reina is creative and musically talented and loves to sing, play the violin, piano, flute, and piccolo.
Jasmine loves playing volleyball and football with her friends and family. She loves going to the beach and spending time in the sun. Also, she has found significant interest in the Business Field and is working towards getting her MBA in the upcoming years.

Dr Morse and Jackie took great care of my 6yr old during his visit. They made sure he was comfortable and relaxed before they began working. He was in and out of his chair in less than 15minutes. Thank you EJM dental.

Yesterday I visited EJM Dentistry for the first time. It came highly recommended as I am having some major pain that has yet to be resolved. They have state of the art equipment that showed the cause even finding others that I didn't mention yet..impressive. From the friendly receptionist, to the sweet lady taking the X-rays, to the gentle, insightful hygienist, to the caring dentist that calms you with her positive attitude, we can get this done, it was a great experience..a dentistry with compassion!! I'm confident all will be resolved & I will be pain free soon. I can't wait to return. Whoever saids that about a dentist visit!?! Me

I love this Dentistry so much! What I love: * It's an all-women staff. * Everyone is so FRIENDLY. * And humorous and engaging. * The interior design. * The cleanliness. * The music! * The fact that their restroom looks like something that can be in the year 2073! Very futuristic. * Just everything! I was running a little late for the appointment today because of the rain and I had to call them and let them know. They were so understanding about it. I look forward to coming back soon!

I gave 2 stars because when I arrived for my first appointment, which I had scheduled over the phone weeks prior, they didn't have any record of the appointment and couldn't see me until later in the day. This was an inconvenience considering I had taken off work for the appointment and already filled out the new patient forms. I never went back because they also didn't accept my insurance, Delta Dental. The only positive about the experience (if there was one) was that the office space looked nice.

I really like this place! When you arrive it almost looks like you pulled up to the wrong place because it's in a plaza of developing buildings!! It's there though, the long white building with black awnings. Had my first appointment today and I was really impressed and pleased! The atmosphere is really chill and relaxing for a dentist, and everyone was really nice and personable. The dentist was so kind and genuine and she and everyone else were really helpful. They didn't make me feel embarrassed or demeaned or nervous at all. Overall a great place and I'd definitely recommend.

I went to EJM a couple of years ago and was wowed by the beautiful office and super friendly staff. However, after getting X-rays and an exam, I was told that I had cavities in between most of my front teeth and that I would need a crown-I went to get a second opinion. The new dentist I saw didn't see any of the "cavities" and said no crown was needed either (have had no cavities or issues in the years since my visit). My feelings were validated when an acquaintance messaged me after seeing that I had gone there. She, too, was told she needed way more dental work than expected, and when she got a second opinion, none of the suggested procedures were required either.

We could not be happier with EJM for our family. Finding a dentist that I am comfortable with has always been a huge struggle. The office is immaculate and every person we have met on the staff is warm and welcoming. So far our children 5,7 and 17 as well as my husband have gone for cleanings. My younger children had only been to character covered pediatric dentists in the past. They ALL interacted beautifully with the hygienist and dentist. Don't let the all white interior fool you they are wonderful with children. Thank you for helping our children have such a great base of dental health.

I have been going to EJM Dental Studio for about 3 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Melissa and Dr. Elsie have amazing personalities! Melissa is very knowledgeable and great at what she does! She is great at making you feel comfortable and fixing your teeth ;). I usually don't leave reviews but these guys have more than earned it over the years. Book an appointment today! You won't regret it.
