I rarely write reviews, but I had to do this one! My family and I recently moved to Wildomar from San Diego. I googled a dentist office and EJ Dental was the first one I found a few miles from home. The stars and reviews were great, so I had to give it a shot. Appointments, customer service, dental techs and drs are amazing! I love that they do general dentistry and orthodontists in the same office. Absolutely convenient, reliable and awesome dental team!

Great location, easy parking, clean and very professional. The staff is super friendly and get things done fast and efficient. I highly recommend EJ Dental for anyone looking to get oral work done.

My experience was honestly zero stars. I came for my first appointment one year ago with Dr. Sylvia Tozbikian and she was so nice and thorough with my visit. Today was my annual visit and teeth cleaning. The lady upfront was nice and so was the technician for my x-rays. My problem is with the doctor. Unfortunately Dr. Sylvia doesn't work at this location anymore, so i saw Dr. Vargas. It took almost an hour for her to see me and she was very stand-offish. She told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed and I explained I'm getting them out next Tuesday. I tried scheduling the removal at this office a while ago but after 3 months they never got back to me. Which is why I'm going to a different oral surgeon who is able to work on me. She did not know this and kept suggesting I get it at EJ Dental, even though I already had an appointment somewhere else. She also suggested I get top lip frenectomy at EJ Dental. It does not bother me whatsoever and the surgery is only for aesthetics, I told her this and she still pushed it and said "hmm okay" when I firmly said I do not want it. She was rough on my teeth cleaning after the interaction. And left the room saying in a sarcastic tone, "Well good luck with your wisdom teeth removal over there" It seems she only wants to make the extra coin by pushing procedures to be done at that office, also that are completely unnecessary. I will not be returning and will be looking for a new dentist. Dr. Vargas' practices are unprofessional, rude, and gives off Western Dental vibes, so not good. Definitely do not recommend.

WARNING: KNOW YOUR BENEFITS! I visited this office on three separate occasions. The personnel are kind and professional! But I decided to stop going to this office because of their pricing irregularities. On visit one I was quoted a price for some dental work, upon arriving on visit two the price had increased. Ok, fine, at least I was informed of price change prior to having procedure. Visit three was a simple cleaning so no major charges. But because of price changes I decided to return to my previous dentist. But that is not my main concern with this office. My final visit to this office was on Oct of 2021. I did not plan on returning to this office. Just recently, July of 2022, NINE MONTHS LATER, I received a bill for an UNPAID DEDUCTIBLE! I called the office to discuss this bill. Young lady wasn't much help. I proceeded to call billing department directly. I explained that I COMPLETELY understand how deductibles work. My issue was that I was NEVER informed of the possibility of paying my deductible. I've dealt with auto, health, vision and home insurance claims before and I've always been informed of my deductible IN ADVANCE. The lady I was speaking with said I should be aware of my benefits. I asked, "Isn't that the responsibility of the office staff to ACCURATELY inform clients of charges?" She replied, "Not always." If I was informed of this possible charge at the time of visit I wouldn't have had the procedure. The lady was "kind enough" to reduce a charge I didn't realize I was paying in the first place. I told the lady that the money wasn't the issue. It was the principle. I'm not comfortable with getting billed NINE MONTHS after my service was performed. Especially when I was never notified of the possibility of such a charge. The lady noted how all my office visits were paid at the time of service. Service rendered, service paid. Simple concept! If you are comfortable with possibility of unexpected bills, you've found a good office. Hopefully you're deductible is not that high.

UPDATE! I came here a while ago for the first time and I had a great experience. But sadly today this place disappointed me. I had my appointment at 3 today but so did 5 other people. A lady was there with her 2 kids appointment at 3, myself, and another lady at 3 too. The lady with the 2 children was there before me and they didn't take one of the kids in till almost 4! And then it was the next kid and then myself. I dont know about u but I make an appointment so it can be quicker. I understand that people come in late but this was not acceptable. Would of been waiting to get called in probably another hour then to get my work done would of been more time. Very disappointed. Walked out and looking for a new dentist else where. Will not be returning. I have 2 jobs and I got out early from my first job to make it to my appointment on time before i have to go to my second job but i did not get my cleaning. The staff is very nice and very friendly. They make u feel comfortable as much as the can. The doctor is very nice and she explains everything very well. Overall my experience was pleasant definitely coming back.

Everyone was amazing! The whole staff was friendly and patient with my screaming baby. It was my daughter's first time at the dentist and her fear vanished because of the wonderful staff. We're so happy we found a great dental office!

Well I cracked the back tooth unfounded dentist by my house made the appointment got in and I hate going to the dentist but the dentist is very pleasant and gentle cheap pulled my tooth with no problem and her staff they're very sweet and they just listen to you so I will be going back to have my sutures removed so I recommend EJ Dental

Hello, I recommend. EJ dental office. I'm a person that don't like dentist. But with Dr juarez I feel so calm I like the way she works. And the girls are very friendly. And they answered all of your questions. I really recommend this dental office.
