I'll start by saying that I don't think there is anything I hate more than going to the dentist. But the girls in the front made me feel so comfortable! and answered all my questions I had , I've had bad experiences in the past but this office took my fear away , from explaining the whole process from beginning to end the back staff is amazing the wait time was quick & Dr. Juarez was so nice and comforting . I will definitely be back.

went in for pain in 1 wisdom tooth. didn't communicate at all, took me to the back and took my x-rays (without speaking to me, just having me assume what i have to do next), left me alone, followed by an elderly lady (dentist) coming in, looking at my mouth, telling the assistant codes, and walked out. still didn't speak to me, then came back and said okay follow her and we'll talk about prices. she then pulled me a price for 4 wisdom tooth extraction and braces. they didn't give me a cleaning, didn't tell me what my situation looks like, didn't even say anything about my other 3 wisdom teeth (as they haven't been hurting and I have family members who have only extracted the specific tooth needed) but they expected me to rush and make an appointment to pay $800 for more than what I went in for. I still don't know what recommendations or steps I should take for the situation, and I'm finding another dentist, you don't just expect people to pay for certain procedures when their health situation wasn't explained nor was the reason for needing ALL 4 out... they suck.

I'm very pleased with the service at EJ Dental. Starting From the first call to set my appointment, the front desk staff were and are very polite and professionals. And Dr. Elvia Juarez is as professional as her staff. This is not an in and out Dental clinics as the other Clinics I have visit. Dr. Lopez and her staff took the time to explained all the procedures that I need it to get my Smile back and the work so far done to my teeth is outstanding. Now the rest of my Family are also Members/patients of EJ Dental. Thank you Dr Elva and Staff

This is by far the best dental place I've ever been to they have outstanding customer service and are very helpful! And if you have to make any kind of payments to them they always work with you I love this place! Love the orthodontist he's very kind and does great work with my braces!

The lady's in the front desk are very nice and helpful, but the specialist Sara she truly sucks! She shouldn't be working with children if she doesn't like them or have the patience to work with children. I am glad I am not assisting to that dentistry!!

Like always when your new to a place every thing is nice and smiles but after a time they might not care as much. I have be reschedule over 5 times between 2 appointments in the month of october 2022, my son has been reschedule week after week and october is almost done. I just put a star so I could be able to post this, other wise it doesn't let you post.

Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful, I've never had a problem with any of them. The ladies at the front desk are amazing and the dentist is very good too. Amazing service definitely worthy of five stars

I regret not looking at reviews before I took my daughter here. My daughter had a horrible experience. The specialist Sara should NOT be working with children she has no patience or manners to treat kids no empathy. Aside from many things, I saw my daughter wanting to throw up while under the gas and SHE was telling her to stop doing that my daughter is 9 shes not so little to be throwing a fit or acting up she truly didn't feel good and she did not eat anything prior as they were assuming. Im also finding discrepancies in my bill and they aren't answering my questions. Spreading the word on this experiment everywhere horrible specialist horrible service.
