I've been coming to EJ since 2014, They've always had friendly staff. On my recent visit, i had to get a procedure done and they talked with me about plans and costs, they made sure i knew exactly what was going on. As someone who has extreme anxiety about visiting dentists , they really helped me stay at ease. Thankful for the staff that works there.

I called them to see if I could get my daughter on as she woke up with her cheek swollen and had a bad toothache...They told me too bring her right in...They were all great and I am thankful that my daughter is now longer in pain..Also we had never been there before and the fact that they had me bring her right in says quite a lot about the office...Thank you!!!

Hace unos meses atras fui y me cobraron 95 dolares por una radiografia no tenia cambio se quedaron con mis 5 dolares del billete de a 100 no es nada se los regalo lo que me molesta es que me cobraron eso solo por unas radiografias que para atenderte esperas mas de una hora luego acostada mas de 20 y para darte el diagnostico otros 40 minutos es demasiado tiempo y encima de todo no incluia limpieza de dientes basica como en otro lado que incluye limpieza basica, a parte me dieron un diagnostico de todas mis piezas en Ingles sabiendo que yo preferia Espanol, la pedi si m la enviavan en espanol a mi correo y jamas llego y un presupuesto carisimo y despues de unos meses llamo porque se me quebro un diente y me quieren cobrar 45 dolares otra vez de consulta solo para ver esa pieza, es una emergencia y me dejan la cita para dos semanas despues y no solo eso me llaman cancelan mi cita, me dejan otra crei era a las 2 y llamo para confirmar porque vivo lejos y me dicen que era a las 11 ya la habia perdido y ni siquiera se toman la molestia de llamar y recordar un dia antes que tienes una cita como lo hace toda empresa, pues perdi mi cita xq resulta que tienen otro numero que nada que ver conmigo si no hubiera llamado hubiera ido por gusto y cuando me dejan la cita me pregunta la tal Erica la que se ve mas senora que todas la de la parte de enfrente que si quiero pasar con la Dra o el Dr? Y yo le dije que no importa solo que sea un especialista en dientes quebrados y la abusiva muy sarcastica y pedante me responde que todos los dentistas son especialistas en dientes quebrados, si asi fuera voy con el que se me ponga enfrente y que me haga un mal trabajo. Y solo por su abusiva respuesta no ire y sacare a mi hija de ahi es lamentable porque soy clienta desde que se llamaba Santo Tomas y mi hija desde que le salieron sus primeros dientes la han tratado ahi todo su personal era increible conmigo y mi nena. Y los Doctores ni digamos y ahi ni siquiera mi numero de telefono tienen. Todo cambio y bien caro cobran. EN ABSOLUTO LOS RECOMIENDO.

Most of the staff is wonderful, but the doctor is unprofessional and very impatient. If it wasn't an urgent situation with my tooth then I would have walked out.

From the start, no letting me know what they're doing. They give me glasses, don't tell me why. The girl has to take more pics and more xrays, don't tell me why, as they did this last week. The doctor comes in and he's loud to where others can hear and rude. I ask why the need for more xrays, he said I hadn't had any, I say I did last week. Then he looks at the paperwork. He numbed me for maybe 20 seconds then gave me shots, they hurt so bad I almost cried. My kids go to the dentist always and I've seen them get shots and it didn't hurt because they numb it properly! They are rough, I'm almost swallowing my saliva, when the assistant does put the machine, she puts it on my tongue rather than the back where it's needed. The doctor had to call for her to use suction because I almost swallowed what was in my mouth! When they're done, the doctor just leaves, doesn't even say he's done, just if I can bite. I didn't even know he was done, he just walked away. I tell the lady I have to spit so she hands me the machine to suction it. And says "ok you're done" They don't explain how long I'll be numb, when and what I can eat, etc. I don't even want to go back for my cleaning. This was one of the worst experiences ever.
