I really cannot even pick one star. As a new patient I was trying to call and make an appointment, the attitude of the receptionist was so terrible, I couldn't help but decide never want to go here for a treatment. Totally unprofessional. Her name is Jodi I guess. The doctors must read their reviews and maybe hire better staff if they care about their practice. I have read other reviews stating the same.

This office is TERRIBLE!!! The WORST experience I've ever had with a dentist office in the past ten years!! If I could give a negative point, I will definitely do that. This office is terrible in managing appointments and in greeting their patients. They cancel appointments at short notice and is unwilling to work with patients to meet their needs. I made the appointments several weeks ago, and have asked for work day off and my kid's school day off for it, and then was told a day before that our appointment is cancelled and they can't help no matter how I explained we need to see the dentist before our travel a week later. The woman on phone is terrible. She did not listen. She did not allow me to complete my question and request. She was not sorry at all for all the inconvenience the cancellation has brought to the patients. BTW, my daughter and I just transferred to this dentist months ago, and this is our first time to visit. We have been waiting for a month+ for this visit. How can you cancel patients' appointments at a short notice, with no apology, but only arrogance? I will NOT give business to this Eisenberg Office on Alexander Rd., because obviously they DON'T care!!!

I've been coming here for two years and always have had a convenient experience. Staff and the doctor are very friendly and accommodating. Plus, my teeth are clean :).

It is nearly impossible to get an appointment. They do not let you schedule your next routine visit (6 months out). They instead ask you to call a few months before you are "due" and then schedule you 6 months out from there (making it 9+ months between visits). In September 2020, I called to reschedule an appointment because I was not feeling well and was told that I would not be able to get another appointment until after March 2021. I called around to other dentists that were able to accommodate me within 2 weeks. I was happy to move to a new dentist that has better availability.

Went to Dr Eisenberg to have a cap replaced , from another dentist and was horrible, i fought with the insurance company to pay for the replacement cap and won that battle, the insurance company called Dr. Eisenberg to let the know i will only be paying for the co-pay and he stated tell her to go back to the last dentist and them replace the cap he isn't interested in doing the work, i was shocked to know he said that, as a professional you would think he would want to help , wont be going back to there..

Absolutely terrible they are crooks and deserve to be shut down, not to mention the terrible staff and dentists. They scam and write procedures that weren't done to charge the insurance more money Don't go here trust me

I never understood why so many people were afraid of the dentist until I came to this office. I went in for a basic filling, and several weeks later, it fell out. I was convinced Eisenberg drilled off way more than he needed to, but they assured me it was fine, and proceeded to drill some more to fix it. Fast forward to six months, and the filling fell out AGAIN. I ended up switching dental plans to avoid ever having to go to this office again.

RUN. Eisenberg should be sued. How do he and his partners sleep at night? Nine years ago they told me I needed a root canal (I had no symptoms or pain). I paid $1000 out of pocket for a procedure I probably didn't need. Recently, the tooth became reinfected. Both my current dentist and the endodontist I saw were shocked and appalled upon seeing the X-ray. They both said that the treatment I received from Eisenberg was substandard to the point of malpractice. Basically he did a shoddy rush job and never even really bothered to fill the canals. My dentist was amazed I had even lasted that long before becoming infected and said I must have a strong immune system. My tooth was so far gone at this point due to this unethical, substandard work that I nearly lost it. I will be reporting them to my HR in Princeton as well.

We have been coming here for a few years. The front office has not improved from being persnickety and confrontational towards patients. My advice for this practice, get on board with healthcare in 2017; it's ALL about the patient experience. A good office manager will periodically do his or her due diligence and assess the waiting room setting and front office staff for best practice and for delivering consistent, excellent patient experiences.

The dentist was fine however, I cannot get a hold of this place to change my next appointment. Their website lists no hours or other form of contact beside the phone number. Yellow pages lists their hours as 8AM to 5PM Mon-Fri. But when I call, I keep getting a message to call back during office hours, despite calling within those hours. This is a little ridiculous.

Dr. Larry Eisenberg has been my Dentist for a long time now. I consistently receive excellent service with x-rays and cleanings, but what prompted me to write this is the advice and prescription of a night guard to help with my TMJ and occasional experiences of lock jaw. I was contemplating surgery due to the pain and discomfort. I hated the thought but was desperate for relief. I discussed the surgery with Dr. Eisenberg when he told me plain and simple not to do it. He recommended a night guard which he would create the mold of my mouth in his office and then instructed me to use it every night. He advised me to try that method first and he was confident it would eliminate my jaw problems. Fast forward 3 months of using it every night and I am 100% better. I can honestly say the night guard cured me of my lock jaw and the pain and discomfort I would experience when chewing certain foods. I can't thank him enough so I posted this and hopefully will help others who are experiencing similar problems.

Poorly managed front office. For the second time, in one year, I was made to wait over 45 minutes for an appointment. (That's a pretty poor ratio considering I only visit two to three times a year) The first time I just walked out. The staff was so immersed in their personal conversations that they didn't notice until I got a call 30 minutes later. The lack of customer service even presents itself when you call them. Calling to confirm an appointment, I've never felt so disregarded, unimportant, and unappreciated. It's not like my patronage contributes to their paychecks or anything. They don't go out of their way to get to know you. I've been going there for a few years and its always as of I've never been there before. When you make an appointment for you and your family and two hours later after they finally take care of you they say, "oh is that your family? We marked them as a no-show" The Eisenberg brothers are great. They do great work and have a great bedside manner. It's only because of them that I'm giving this review any stars at all.
