Best dentist in Tempe. I felt comfortable the whole time, and the staff and dentist were super kind and friendly. This is the first time I wouldn't actually mind going back to my dentist!

Very happy with my experience at Eicon. Friendly staff (especially Rosie at reception) and will work with you. Had an issue with my insurance and Rosie took great care of me. Definitely recommend if you're new to town.

This dental office has a friendly feel and everyone is respectful. Ivette is a skilled dental hygienist and makes me feel like I am getting a spa treatment when she cleans my teeth. The dental assistant Brandon cracks jokes with Dr. Prokopets and I am always at ease. I am inherently skeptical of dentists but here they always show me the x-rays and even high tech cameras to show me the tooth decay they suggest treating. Stephanie is helpful over the phone setting up appointments and is great if I need to reschedule. Once you schedule, they send automatic text and email reminders which make it easy to remember the appointment.

If you choose to go here read the paperwork and watch the billing. This place is a scam; they charge the insurance company and then charge you out of pocket. They handed me billing paper that did not match the procedure. Do not believe the high ratings, make sure you ask questions before signing anything

This is a great office! I recently had a toothache and they were able to see me on very short notice, had a great new patient special and had me be back to 100% quickly. Then I came in for a teeth cleaning and I have never had such a thorough and enjoyable experience. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. So glad I found them.

They got me in the same day I called and took an X-ray/photograph of the problematic area; Unfortunately, I had cavities. They were able to get in a filling and took care of me really well! After the process, they ensured my bite was still adequate and adjusted the filling accordingly. During the evaluation portion the doc discovered residual cement from my braces that I got off a few years back (I got braces done at a different place). He graciously offered to remove that because cement can make teeth sensitive. The staff was welcoming and the service was great- I can't see a reason to pick a different place over this one based on my experience. However, I do have a gripe with the dentistry industry (not Eicon specifically): lack of transparent prices available to the public. Yes, people can misinterpret terms like "alveolar bone" and "bicuspid" and misdiagnose themselves. Of course I think a professional is required to make a real treatment recommendation, but for people who can't afford certain places and have to call around to find prices that are agreeable, it's difficult to know which place has reasonable pricing given a budget. Based on calling 5 different practices in the surrounding area and inquiring about a ballpark range for fillings and x-ray imaging, Eicon has competitive prices for their services. Will this always be the case for varying treatments? Probably not, but I believe it speaks to Eicon's commitment to both the customer and quality service. Knowing this, paired with my exceptional experience there, forget any other place. Go to Eicon for your dental health needs.
