I've been coming here now for over 7 years and very satisfied. The office staff very professional and friendly, the dental hygienist has great hands, all the doctors are caring and the whole environment makes you feel at ease. I started coming first, then brought my wife and kids, and now my parents are being taking care of as well.

Doctor And staff i Give this group no less than AA++ . I been coming here over 18 years and my wife and my 3 boys. And I consider myself a very Lucky to have LITERALLY The BEST Dentist at least in San Diego County. So I Wish Everyone to have dr Haddad your family Dentist & Enjoy being another LUCKY family & don't Settle for any one. BE With The Best

Only place I will take my family. Been going here for OVER 15 years .... both kids their whole life. They are professional, clean and funny. Of course I would like to have only Dr.Haddad ,but with that being said have had his other dentists and never had a problem. Dr. Haddad will only pick the best and they are GENTLE. The staff are friendly and funny .

I Love Love these wonderful, caring people. I have severe anxiety and they really made me not fear what was going on. They gave me confidence and a BEAUTIFUL SMILE. So anyone that has fear of the Dentist, Do not fear and go see Dr. Haddad. You will not regret it.

Do not recommend this place to finally get a root canal for the hole in your tooth. I went and became a regular for two months for an authorization for my root canal, as I was waiting they started doing my cavities. I got an authorization from my insurance and I booked an appointment for my root canal. I called the next day to make sure they will do the right tooth, they said yes. I showed up, before they started working on my teeth I asked which teeth they would work on and they said the left side, when I clearly told them right. The lady who does appointments said that they were trying to reach out to me because they don't do root canal anymore but they had the wrong number. How do they have the wrong number when they call me to confirm my appointment for TWO MONTHS?? They said that they were sorry but what does an apology do for my time wasted time just to get an authorization for something they don't even do anymore? How could I have even known? Why didn't they tell me when I first booked my appointment? Then they gave me list of providers that they supposedly checked and "called" for an appointment, they said no one has anything until August, i called the very first provider and they gave me an appointment in the morning right away.. Very unprofessional from their part.

I have been going to Dr. Haddads office for about 6 years now and have always had an amazing experience with him and his entire team. Making appts is easy and they always take care of me! If i have ever had a dental emergency, they make time for me to come in to see what's happening in my mouth and help me from there. The Dr. is also available for emergencies after hours and I appreciate this so much! I especially want to shout out Vanessa who is always so compassionate and caring in all of our communications and scheduling. This is a great team and I'm so happy I found them!

By far the calmest and best dental experience ever. Im literally traumatized and terrified of the dentist. After searching a few days to pick the right one I came across Dr. Haddads office. I called and received a quick appointment within a week then the next day received a call from Vanessa. She stated she had a opening the same day because I had previously mentioned to her I would be available if anything opened up. Ofcourse like so many dental offices I assumed they wouldn't even bother calling back but this office did and I truly appreciate it Vanessa your awesome!Fast forward to visit.....from the front office to the X-rays, cleaning, down to the doctor.....PHENOMENAL!!! This will be my go to dental office! The cleaning was a breeze and I always dread going just for that simple reason with all my teeth sensitivity issues but not here I was calm, cool and collected the whole time. I didn't flinch once or ball my fist because of the pain which was surprising to me. I just love it here. This was the most easiest going appointment ever !!! It all starts from the front office to the back! Thank you Dr. Haddad and staff!!!

This was the best experience I've had with a dentist in a very, very long time! I was referred to by a friend, and I am SO satisfied with everything. Dr. Haddad pulled out my 4 wisdom teeth, and he was so clean, gentle and thorough with everything. Not only is Dr. Haddad amazing, but his staff as well!! Very welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, an amazing experience. Thank you so much to the entire office! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I love coming to the dentist now. You will not be disappointed!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! I had a very negative experience with this dental office. I was referred by a friend to this office. Therefore, I specifically went there for Dr. Haddad. I have a dentist phobia (get really scared of dental work). Therefore, after doing much research, I decided to finally go get my teeth done. For my first appointment, I had regular filling. The office refused to schedule me with Dr. Haddad cus he only does more invasive procedures such as root canal fillings, extractions, and surgeries. I finally summed up the courage to do my root canal filling. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Haddad. Took the day off of work. However, the day before, the office called me to reschedule the appointment. They said something came up, and Dr. Haddad cannot do it tomorrow. I was waiting for awhile to get insurance authorization. It was so inconvenient for them to reschedule my appointment the day before. I lost a whole day pay since I had request it off, but I said "its ok to reschedule, as long as its with Dr. Haddad." Today was my next appointment, which was one week after (not just few days, a whole week). I finally go there to get it done. I find out that they had scheduled me with another doctor!!!!!! Who I dont know and never done research on. I tried to explain that I wanted Dr. Haddad since I specifically came to this office for him. They said he's busy. He came to tell me that he could assist the other doctor, but he cant do the whole procedure. I said I wanted him to do the whole procedure cus I trust him and researched him. He said he couldnt do it, and I would need to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule. The rude front desk lady (Dawn) was screaming at me. She said there are other doctors, why cant you just do it. I said, I have nothing against the other doctors, but I dont know them. I know Dr. Haddad, and I want him to do my procedure. Dawn yells at me "you should have requested him." I told her I did, but im not sure why you guys put me with another doctor. Dawn keeps screaming at me "if you dont do it now with this other doctor, we will never do it for you." Yes!!!!!! They denied me treatment simply because I was requesting Dr. Haddad to do my procedure. Dawn, kicked me out because I wouldnt let them force with an unknown dentist. They let me go with painful tooth, after waiting so long for this appointment. Dawn is so rude, disrespectful, and unmerciful. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! Dear person (whoever replied to my review), Clearly, you have no idea what you are talking about. I never said Dr. Haddad not a good doctor. In fact, I said, after doing much research, I found him to do my root canal. As to your reply, it is absolutely not true. There was no accommodation. The doctor did not say he will "free himself for me." He said he might be able to assist the other unknown dentist. He offer to reschedule my procedure since he's busy even though this is not the first time I was being rescheduled, I still agrees since I only wanted Dr. Haddad to perform my procedure. But apparently, Rude Dawn had other opinions. Like I said above, I have nothing against this other dentist of yours, I just done my research and came to this office specifically for Dr. Haddad. Please educate yourself before replying lies to make your office look better. This office sucks and lacks customer service. Nothing you would lie here would make what happened to me ok. Good luck with your office as well. Although, I suggest some customer service classes to your employees.

Staff was great. Dental work was great. POLICIES SUCK!!! I had to cancel my appointment 3 1/2 hours before my scheduled appointment because I got called into WORK. They tell my they CAN'T reschedule me because they have a 48 hour cancellation policy. REALLY?! So the lives/obligations/unplanned situations or hardships of their patients mean NOTHING to them?! UNREAL!!!
