Thas Naveda Luy is a bilingual, Venezuelan Canadian Journalist and Wellness & Health Coach, living in North Carolina with her family of 4. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, IIN Gut and Hormonal Health certified Coach, as well as an ACE Fitness Behavioral Change Specialist. Coach Thas is the author of A Pink Ribbon in our Hearts and the creator of The Natural Living Formula a holistic health system to support health and wellness in families with picky eaters, moms reconnecting with themselves, and patients recuperating from cancer treatment. After retiring from themarketing world in 2014, Thas has been dedicating herself to promoting conscious living, using natural, wholesome, balanced nutrition, mindful actions, and purposeful movement as keys to leading a healthy lifestyle.
Sarah is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and former volleyball athlete and strength and conditioning coach. She oversees our J2H client management and the J2H Health Coach Ambassador Community. Sarah is also a Functional Medicine Health Coach graduate and oversees the Move Well curriculum. She also founded Inside-Out Strong a program that teaches girls how to be strong. She is affectionately referred to as the Hostess with the Mostess thanks to her excellent podcast interviewing skills on the Journey 2 Health podcast.
Whether as a practicing doctor or an entrepreneurial healthcare CEO, Dr. Jenkins has always thought outside the box. He is constantly reviewing the science and research to support the Journey 2 Healthy lessons and leads the team with his trademark humor and wit.
