Have been coming to this dental office for about 6 years now and every time I come in for an appointment I am waiting in the waiting room for about an hour and sometimes LONGER! If the doctor is backed up the least they could do is give you a call! Horrible customer service from the front desk girl doesn't even greet you or let you talk as she simply says write your name on the paper with attitude. They're there laughing and messing around instead of doing their job. 4 people got here after me and were let in before me because they knew someone who worked there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The doctor is very nice and does a very good job but with the amount of time I'm waiting in the waiting room it is not I worth it. Spare your time and don't come here! Definitely will be looking for a new dentist office!

This is a horrible man!! The reviews that say he's a good dentist nice staff is done by him and his employees!! He's a bad dentist and should mot be in practice!! I have a mouth of destroyed teeth!! To prove how horrible of a person he is!! The dental i went to see to get the damaged fixed is 30 thousand dollars! E Gil is a monster and should have his license taken

This doctor in the best I have been to. He is very patient, humane and kind. His very knowledgeable, and is never bothered to explain my million questions. The waiting time was a little long, but judging by the time Dr Gil spend with me going over everything, I kind of understand the waiting. Definitely coming back here for all my dental needs, and referring all my friends and family.

I had an outstanding experience no only with Doctor Gil who demonstrated a vast knowledge and skills in his profession, but also the personal in general with so fast and gentle customer service. I spent years without dental care and visiting Girl's practice changed my vision about it. He took the time to explain benefits and prevention methods to maintain dental health. He was professional as the same time compassionate, skilled, and was willing to answer all my questions. After visiting his clinic I feel more confident, tremendously improved my dental care, and know how to prevent further complications. Will definitely continue his service. The dentist is the best!! However, there something really bad going on with the office. They schedule your appointment with several more people at the same time, resulting in unnecessary waiting and risking to get Covid. I have been waiting for more than one hour and a half, and there is no room inside the office. Thus, I have been waiting on my car, but there are plenty of patients waiting in the hall. I really hope that they can fix it. They even have the 25$ policy for not rescheduling your appointment with more than a day before, but they still have the office full of patients at 5:30... very desaponting! Again, Eduardo Gil is a great doctor and deserves a a professional team to work with.
