I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I scheduled a teeth cleaning and waited 8 months, 8 months!!! I git emails to confirm my appointment the next day. The girl asked for my insurance info which they should have had on file. I told her I was at work and wouldn't have the info until I got home around 4 or 5pm. She said I need it now or before 3pm and that my appointment would be canceled if I didn't give her the info at that moment. Again I said I'm at work and don't have access to the info because my dentist insurance card was home. So after waiting 8 months my appointment was canceled. I will go on social media to uniform my 2 thousand plus friends that this Dentist is the worst and not to go to this establishment. Thanks for nothing.

My poor 6 yr old daughter has been in pain for weeks. When I called in September the only appointment the hade was the end of November. Last night she couldn't stop crying because of the pain. I called again today to see if there's anyway to get her in sooner and found out the dentist is only there one day a week. I will repeat... ONE DAY A WEEK. I don't recommend this place at all. Zero sense of urgency.

So much for emergency services. I called with a molar that cracked in half, exposing the nerve. Kind of pain that is making me shake. Agony. I was given an appointment for the END of October.

The people were all incredibly nice, however I had a really long wait. Had x-rays and an exam but no cleaning (was told twice-on phone and at desk) that the appointment included a cleaning. Then had work submitted to my insurance company, only 2 of the 3 items was talked about. Apparently, without consent, the doctor decided I need a root canal. No one needs a root canal, the tooth will just rot from the inside out later and you won't know until it's too late. I've been there before and would never have agreed to a root canal. So now I still don't have an appointment for the approved work because they are so concerned about getting an unnecessary root canal approved. Ugh. But at least the people are super friendly. They can't control everything, the ladies at the desks, so I can't be annoyed with them at all. I just wish the communication from the docs was better with them.

Overbooked & understaffed. I had to get two fillings, & sat and waited so long that they only did one filling apologized about the long wait then told me I need to make another appointment for my second filling because they only scheduled me for an hour, mind you the filling only took 15 minutes total from anesthetic to final inspection. The rest of the time was waiting . I also got there 15 minutes early. Then the staff straight up lied and said well the office only does one filling at a time. Frustrating inanity! One the plus side the filling was done very well.

Don't do it. I had a cleaning done and she was so rude the entire time even though I barely spoke 10 words. Very rough with the tools scraping and ON TOP OF THAT left blood residue in between my teeth and let me walk out that way. Did not finish using the spinning brush to finalize my cleaning. Gave me a tiny bit of fluoride to gargle and sent me on my way, no mouthwash after. Nothing. Left me to have to brush it all away when I got home. Very unprofessional. Very unsatisfactory. Do not trust her with your service needs. Bad enough it's a 6 month waiting list for cleanings, just Terrible service.

Very poor on their schedules. Never on time for cleaning!!!!! What is the point if your appointment is at 10am but they cant even serve you a hour later. They need to manage better. They keep saying you're next but that just a plain excuse.
