Dr. Terry Egert and Dr. Chandra Kreider have been providing general and cosmetic dentistry services to families in the Denver metro area for more than 26 years. At Egert-Kreider Dental, we work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth.

I love The dentist but the receptionist is so unbelievably rude that going there isn't even worth it. I think the lady's name is Debbie. She is so rude, I can't believe she talks to patients the way she does.

if you were a patient of theirs 15 years ago it would have been magnanimous, dental emergency? Come on down we can fit you in the next half hour. Needed a cleaning we have time within the same week. Since going back to them after employment changed my dental insurance to one that they no longer covered I have nothing but disappointed in my service. They had the wrong billing address for me for over 8 months nobody could call and let me know. The front office staff no longer cares, my last cleaning the lady took over 45 minutes taking new x-rays and 15 minutes actually doing the cleaning I needed a 4 quad and I still do. When I complain to the front office staff about the cleaning she told me they didn't take any x-rays in my appointment I was there...declining service, happy to find a new one.

As someone who has ridiculous fears of going to the dentist, I was beyond impressed with this practice. Everyone who assisted me during my routine cleaning went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety. I hadn't been into see a dentist in almost four years, so I had expected my teeth and the pains from the cleaning to be terrible. My hygienist, Kelli, was so gentle and explained exactly what she was doing throughout my cleaning. She was AMAZING, and I highly recommend that you schedule to see her specifically (although I'm sure everyone is wonderful). The dentist came in early to introduce herself and to make sure that I was comfortable. She gave me an honest assessment of my teeth. I had such a great experience overall, I wouldn't look anywhere else for dental care!

Before visiting the office, I had just moved to Denver from VA where I've had the same dentist my entire life. I was nervous to try a new dentist (I am super protective or my teeth and body and all that), but extremely impressed with this practice. I had no issues transitioning records and the office was able to pick up the work of my prior dentist seamlessly. The hygienist that worked with me was personable, inquisitive and explained each procedure and what was going on throughly, showing me scans and exactly what was good vs. concerning. Dr. Kreider herself was clearly invested in having me as a patient long-term. Looking forward to returning for regular visits.

I have been a patient of Dr Egert for 18 years. He and his staff are incredible. I have consistently received outstanding care. The fact that the same smiling faces that greeted me years ago still work in his office speaks to the level of service and commitment!

Excellent dentist office. Super customer service: friendly & informative from the front desk to the hygienist. Dr. Egert took time to meet with you, discuss your concerns, and offer advice on the best way to care for your teeth. I was very, very happy with my appointment. Plus, they have a great value via their care package: 2 dental visits, with exams, x-rays, and cleanings for under $300. For me, without dental insurance, this was fabulous. I highly recommend Dr. Egert and his staff.
