I have been going here for my full orthodontic treatment, and it's totally improved my smile! I'm on my second set of braces, and it's really amazing how they turn a crooked smile to a straight, beautiful smile. Love Dr. Schaefer and the other people there too! Only thing is that last time I visited, they made masks optional (finally) and I came in without a mask. The receptionist asked me to put one on, and later after my appointment, the hygienist told me it was optional. There was a sign on the door too! The receptionist still made everyone wear one. Not happy there.

So far I have been enjoying our experience at Edwards and Schaefer. The consultations were very through! I appreciated the knowledge and information that was sharing. All the staff are very pleasant.

Dr. Edwards is absolutely wonderful. My daughter needed jaw surgery, and Dr. Edwards was so patient and reassuring throughout the process. She answered all of our questions, talked us through our fears, and encouraged us to be diligent and know that this was the right thing to do for our daughter. She's cared for all three of my kids- and I can't recommend her enough. She's thorough, patient, and explains what is needed and why. The office staff is great- and it's not hard to get an appointment to be seen last minute if a wire comes loose or something happens.

I have gone here with several kids and really dont find the office bad at all, the only reason I am even bothering to do a review is out of frustration with the front office staff. This is not the first time I have had to reschedule as life comes up and I usually do so with ample time so never last min. I understand that if I am rescheduling I will not be seen when I want, but I will say that is the one downfall of this office. I am not sure if it is standard practice but whenever I reschedule my appointment is always pushed out so much longer (like 6 weeks) never in a reasonable amount of time. This time I need to get my daughter in and the first available they have is like 6 weeks out (Mind you it will be 16 weeks between her last appointment and this one). I work in an office and know there are blocks of schedules and when I feel something is too far out I consult with the team to make sure this is appropriate but the receptionist is never willing to do that and I find it highly annoying. I will be reconsidering leaving my third kid here for treatment, not because I have received bad treatment from the doctor, but I do find this particular issue annoying and it is the first time I am even complaining about it. I just do not think pushing patients out so far is acceptable.

Getting your braces tightened is never fun, but at least at Edwards & Schaefer you'll be well cared for. So far every employee we've encountered has been kind and many have gone out of their way to make my kids feel comfortable. I currently have two kids in braces, ages 11 and 18. One is just at the beginning of her journey and the other is at the end. They do a great job trying to schedule appointments for kids who are busy with school, lessons, sports, and music. If my third needs braces, you bet we're coming here even though it's not the closest orthodontist to us. Both doctors are wonderful and skilled. Two thumbs up!

I went in last week for a consultation and I can say it truly made my day. Tammy was so kind to me and made me feel at peace about the whole process. She reassured me that all of my concerns would be taken care of. I truly admire the staff here for all that they do to make patients feel safe and at home. I had such an amazing experience with them!

Great service! April put on my braces and explained every step of the way and let me know what she was doing during the entire process, the brace application was comfortable and pain free, also done in a quick efficient timely manner! Desk service is amazing as well. All around I highly recommend this place, great staff!

Dr. Edwards and her team are absolutely amazing and simply the best at what they do-whether it be meticulous top-notch state of the art orthodontic care or their extremely caring bedside manner-this practice has it all and more! We are so grateful and appreciative for their hard work and outstanding results:)

Every appointment has been efficient and professional. My son had tons of questions, especially at the beginning of treatment and the whole crew was very kind and spent the time he needed to feel comfortable!
