I was a walk in client. But my whole time in the facility was just 1 hour. Fast, easy, and great. Had a tooth extraction. Highly recommend Dr Edwards.

So I went in regarding a tooth that I needed it looked at. When I explained the nature of my situation, the lady at the receptionist desk was kind and explained to me that my situation was of a nature that would be best handled somewhere else, and recommended Carlyle Dental instead. I appreciate the clarification and the recommendation, even if it wasn't exactly them.

The care and treatment you receive at this office are excellent. You can feel the love that Dr. Edwards has for his patients and the quality of service that you received is top-notch. The staff really makes you feel at home.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr Edwards!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was there for a consultation . I was referred to his office by another dentist and was impressed with Dr Edwards good reviews that I read online.Another thing that really impressed me also was the lady that was leaving that had just gotten her dentures . She was grinning from ear to ear with her contagious smile. She was extremely happy and glad to remove her mask and to show off her new smile .She also commented on how well her dentures fit. I couldn't help but to smile as I commented to the receptionist- that right there is the best advertisement you could ever ask for !!! It's refreshing to see Dr Edwards come home and continue in the business that his family started many years ago in Kinston. His prices are extremely reasonable compared to the other places that I have checked into. A big heart felt thanks to Dr Edwards for not price gouging and helping people restore a little pride in getting there smile back and filling good about themselves. I look forward to having work done in your office. I sincerely hope that my review will be of help to someone else that needs some dental work !!!

I had a wonderful experience. Edwards Dentures has wonderful, professional staff. Dr.W. Edwards went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. I recommend Edwards Dentures to anyone.

Horrible... Drove all the way from Jacksonville and didn't accomplish anything because they failed to get insurance approval before I got there..

I normally don't leave a review but today I had the pleasure of meeting and being taken care of by Dr. Edwards (M.s). She was amazing!! I need some adjustments to my dentures and she didn't only fix my problem but made me feel completely comfortable. She even complimented how great they look before I left. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

The office staff is truly amazing. Ms Lisa and Ms Courtney or the sweetest and very very patient with people, especially like me. I truly enjoy Alexa and Alexis, they help me with all my imperfections. Thanks to all. Dr Edward's is great when doing impressions and making sure to properly fit you for partials.

This was my 1st time there thank God I was recommended to them. My visit went smoothly the customer service was top notch. The office is nice & clean and the staff is so professional and the doctor made me feel so comfortable. If I could give them more than five stars I would may God bless this business.

Edward's dentures and implants are absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk into the door your treated like family. I never felt the first bit of pain having my teeth removed. When getting my dentures we took before and after photos and the transformation made me speechless! Thank you to each and everyone of you for helping bring back a smile that I can share with the rest of the world!

Had 13 teeth extracted at one time. Best experience I have ever had with extractions! He tried to be gentle when numbing me & if I felt anything he would give additional medicine. Good work! Look forward to getting my dentures.

Unpleasant experience. Got black stuff all over my face and not effort to get it off. Front desk person was terrible. But I went there and I blame myself.

I had to get new dentures and I went yesterday on 7-27-22 and I had a great experience and came home with brand new teeth that look great. Yes I had to spend pretty much most of my day there but they were busy and they said it had been the busiest day they had. Dr.edwards is very nice and works towards getting you a perfect product. They also only had two people in the lab which made the wait a little longer but everyone there was very nice and great bedside manners That's what matters to me. I will definitely go back and recommend him for any of your denture/implant/partial needs. I didn't mind waiting to get mine the same day and have a great result of product in the end.
