I had a motorcycle accident and knocked few teeth out. Dr. Cheppa did a fantastic job in recreating my smile. Had to remake 6 teeth. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Cheppa.

I had been dealing with a painful molar for 2 weeks because i had just gotten new insurance and had to find a new dentist. I walked into Dr. Cheppas office to see if they were taking new patients and was told the first appointment would be November 2nd. I asked if they had anything earlier for an emergency or could put me on a wait list and the dental assistant was actually able to fit me in right then. They were so kind. Turned out i had a huge cavity and needed a root canal. They were able to clean out the majority of the tooth and give me a temp filling. Dr. Cheppa gave me a referral to the pitt dental school for the root canal to help me save some money. They were very kind and Dr. Cheppa did a great job and now im on my way to getting my tooth fixed and getting the help i need. Im honestly blown away.

I recently started going to Dr Cheppa for about 6 months I understand not every thing is covered under dental insurance but but my last two visits I was charged for a filling but had to return bcoz my bite was off he never fixed it and recently went back he charged me for nothing all he did was scrape a few teeth for 2 hundred dollars I'm very disappointed I will have to search for another one who cares about their patients

Going to the dentist is never fun but I always look forward to seeing Dr. Cheppa and a super friendly staff every time I go. It's a great place to go to get dental work 11 out of 10

I have been going to Dr. Cheppa since I was little. My family has also been going to him for a long time as well. I have always had great experiences each time I go to him. He makes your cleaning fun and comfortable unlike most other doctor visits. So now my whole family and friends that I refer to him go to see Dr. cheppa.

Best dentist around! Dr Cheppa has such a great spirit, and he cares! I've been to a lot of dentists and they all tend to be so rough! Dr. Cheppa is very gentle and informative! Definitely recommend!!

Overall positive experience. Dr. Cheppa has a great sense of humor and extremely helpful. They couldn't confirm my appointment ahead of time and I showed up on the wrong date, he was still able to squeeze me in. I didn't have quarters on me for parking, which he kindly gave me plenty to cover me for the duration of my appointment. I loved the antique design of the office!!

I have been going to Dr. Cheppa for over 30 years and he is the only dentist I have ever had. That should be testimony enough as to his abilities, but it also needs to be said that he conducts himself with professionalism and care. He is always honest about what needs to be done, and I emphasize NEEDS to be done. While some dentists will push for all sorts of treatments and unnecessary add-ons, Dr. Cheppa does what is best for your health and your budget. Dr. Cheppa also invests his time in charitable causes, sharing his skills at low or no cost to care for those who cannot afford basic care, let alone the quality work he provides. His staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and highly skilled. They make you feel welcome and part of the family. So, if you want a no-nonsense dentist who does fantastic work with a nice dose of humor on the side, Dr. Cheppa is for you!

I went to get my teeth cleaned and checked. All he did was floss my teeth very hard, and put fluoride on my teeth and rinsed them and said I was done. He did not check for cavities or anything of that nature. I was literally out of the chair within 5 minutes. The lady was cursing and slamming doors. It was like he didn't want to service me. I don't know if it was because of color or what but they need to do better.

Dr. Cheppa and his staff were amazing, especially his assistant Valerie. They exceeded my expectations by far & I am highly satisfied with the ending results. My Veneer, bridge, and caps look amazing! I never thought in a million years that I would be able to get my teeth fixed but the pricing was extremely fair & I was able to do so. I've gotten so many compliments on my smile since, and I've gained much more confidence. He was able to accommodate my work schedule and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Professional environment and friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend.

This is the best dental practice that I have ever been to! From the time I spoke with him on the phone, Dr. Cheppa was very understanding and accommodating. It is nice to be able to smile and laugh in a dental office even though you may not be feeling 100%. I wish I would have went to him 10 years ago!
