This office and its staff have taken care of myself and my entire family for many years. We get traditional cleanings, oral health inspections, and teeth whitening sessions. They have never failed me before, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth process to get their teeth in the best shape possible.

I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist especially after the pandemic hit. I was apprehensive about going because my previous dentist didn't treat medical clients the same as paying clients (in my opinion). I was referred to this Dentist by my root canal specialist and I can't thank him enough. From the office staff to the dentist assistant and the dentist I've never felt so relaxed and cared for in my life. Dr Ruben could tell I was nervous and he put me to ease talked me through it step by step, made me feel important. His assistant Mrs. Gohan was very gentle an aware and made me laugh and smile. I don't mind going to the dentist. They are very efficient, attentive and caring. Looking forward to my next check up.

Dr. Ruben and Gisselle are very passionate and dedicated to their job, They care for their clients about making sure we are in the most comfortable position for when we go here . 10/10 recommended. Also Dr. Goarth is the most sweetest and nicest est doctor that works here (: everyone would love her

I would like to thank Verana, Gohan, and ESPECIALLY Dr. Rosen and Dr. Ruben. I am so happy with my smile I can't believe it's me. This office is so efficient and so many friendly people. I would recommend this office to everyone. They are 10 out of 10!

I have been a patient here at Dr. Reuben DDS for many years . I am very satisfied with all they have done . This is the best dentist office with the best dentist . Also the assistant Gohar who is very good at everything she does and is very considerate. I would highly recommend this Dental Office to everyone . They have done a great job and I am happy with my teeth . I have been afraid of the dentist my who life but this office is the best !!!

Gohar has always helped me out! sometimes i lose a rubber band or two, and she quickly puts them back in. She knows what she is doing and her knowledge is useful when it comes in time. She is very sweet and understands the situation and helps you as much as she can.

I love this office. Dr. Ruben and his assistant were so gentle when I got my crown replaced. I did not feel anything. I really disliked going to the dentist, but this office makes you so comfortable that it's not an effort now. The staff are great too.. Completely recommend this office.

I was assigned this dentist through my HMO insurance. I ended up seeing Dr. Ruben, who was very kind. The other staff were very helpful and courteous. The doctor reported my teeth looked fine, just in need of a cleaning. I pointedly asked him about my gums and he reported they looked fine. I received a call to schedule my cleaning and was informed they are ONLY doing deep cleanings, which of course requires a significant copay. When I asked why, they said it was because they couldn't do the polishing with a regular cleaning due to COVID-19. It wasn't made clear why that is the case. Seemed to me like they are trying to price gouge folks during an already tough financial time for many. And the woman on the phone said the doctor recommended I get a deep cleaning, when in fact he did not during my exam. I called around to a few other dentist offices, and my insurance company, and no one said this was their policy or common practice. To me, this confirms that this office is indeed trying to get more money from its patients. My insurance asked if I would like to file a complaint and I did. This office has terrible reviews on Yelp. I should have listened and switched offices first, before going to see them.
