Gabriel Barragan joined his fathers office in the fall of 2009 after working many years in the restaurant business honing his managerial and customer service skills. He had worked his way from waiter and bartender to general manager. Dr. Barragan has been delighted to have his ambitious and hard-working son working in his office. With Dr. Barragan handing all the clinical aspects of the office and Gabriel running the day-to-day operations of the office, ER Barragan Dental Corp. has truly become a family business. Gabriel, in his position of office manager, is here to help each patient have a great dental experience; his job is working with patients on their schedules, helping each one maximize their insurance benefits and keeping the office running smoothly. He keeps up with new and exciting developments, such as internet-based and e-mail customer service, by attending classes and workshops. Away from the office, Gabriel likes to spend time acquainting himself with the latest technological gadgets and relaxing with family and friends.
Manages the Hygiene Department, provides regular patient continuing care visitscleanings', periodontal maintenance, (periodontal therapy root scaling), and patienteducation regarding hygiene instruction. Looks for areas of decay, missing teeth, oral lesions and informs Dr. of areas of concern. Takes the prescribed radiographs (x-rays). Records all necessary information in patient chart and schedules next hygiene visit.
