they schedule your appointments for times and call you about it to remind you with the times you have for your appointment. Then apon arrival at said times they lie to your face about it and say my times are wrong and argue they are right even when you have text proof. Dr rick is awesome he has done wonders but the Staff up front and his team is absolutely useless and need better training for something simple as scheduling or get a job your brain can handle karens Booo and 5 spits on you front desk dummies Boo and the lies about My daughters teeth and the last visit has me looking for a real dentist That's why the 1 star super toxic family dentist that's not worth your time.

If I could rate a zero, I would. I'll simply say they do not even come close to holding appointment times. They do not respect people or their time. Very unprofessional. Also major lack of notes on patients and how they handle visits. I could add much more to this review but I feel they've wasted enough of my time. Fair warning to others.

Dr. Rick is one of the best dentists that I have ever been to. We were referred to him during the pandemic and yes it did take a while to get in totally understandable but once you are in its honestly so worth the wait. My daughters' top teeth were terrible, and Dr. Rick capped them, and she now has really pretty teeth. She loves to smile now! So thankful for Dr. Rick and his staff they are truly wonderful! Don't read the bad reviews, go to him and see how he is yourself! You won't regret it =)

The staff works with my special needs son to provide dental care that he needs. They have been great and we have been going there for years.

I don't understand all the negative reviews- we LOVED Dr. Rick and the girls. We've been to two appts so far and absolutely love them. They were so understanding and worked great with my littles. The front office is outdated and a bit bare. The backroom is cute for the kids. The service was great!

Went to make appointment for school and no longer a patient and not accepting new patients because we haven't had appointment every 6months.

Shame you hold your patients to a policy you dont communicate. Then leave the patient without a provider when needed after being with you for years. Poor excuse of business practice.

I dont recommend going here unless you plan on checking in every couple months. They put caps in my sons mouth and we moved the month after and because i never received the letters they were sending to my old address they told me i cant make any more appointments for my son. Biggest headache ever!

My oldest daughter they were great with but my than 5 yr old not so good..they say they work well with scared kids but the assistant my 5 yr old had was anything but that...she didn't do anything to keep her calm and wouldnt let me sit with her on the chair than turns around as says my kid would need to be put out for anyone to do dental work on her

Dr. Rick did such a good job on my 3 year old sons surgery. He had terrible teeth and now his teeth look absolutely amazing. They are always so great with him when he goes to seen them. He's actually excited when it comes time to go to the dentist! I highly highly recommend.

I was reluctant with some of reviews but we had our first appointment today. Everyone was great. You are not required to have your child go in alone. They prefer but not required. Would recommend.

I called to get my 7year old daughter in after two dentist referred me to them. Not only were they rude right off the bat, but any questions I had the receptionist just talked over me and when I didn't get my questions answered (not even one) she hung up the phone on me. I have never had a dentist office treat me this way. If you have kids definetly don't take them here. If I could give this place negative star I would. They were rude right off the bat and it only got worse. DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! If they are willing to talk to the parent with that much disrespect then you probably shouldn't trust your children in their hands!!!

My kids have gone to Dr Rick since they were 6 months old. I to went to Dr Rick for 20 years myself and have never had an issue. The dental hygienists are great.
