The lady in the front is very rude. My consultation with my insurance is 100 percent covered. They made me pay up front and said my insurance would pay me back. My insurance sent them the check and this company refused to give me back all my money. This place will scam you be educated on the insurance you have or parish office will take your money. I'm filling a grievance on this company.

I believe most people cringe at the thought of a root canal. Dr Paris and his staff were very friendly while being professional and kind. My root canal was a breeze! I never experienced any pain during the entire procedure and even after the numbing substance wore off, I had no pain. This is now the following morning and I actually forgot about the root canal when I was brushing my teeth! No soreness at all. I would give them more stars if they were available! Will highly recommend this office to anyone I know needing an endodontist

My wife had a root canal done years ago in NY. It started to go bad but Dr. Paris saved it in a very professional way. 6 stars.

Don't even attempt to schedule. I've scheduled 3 appointments and every single one has been cancelled within less than 24 hours but they will charge you if you cancel within less than 24 hours. Even cancelled one of my appointments So that Dr.Paris could go to Atlanta. Do not waste your time.

Great staff . Very supportive to my daughter when I took her. The receptionist ( sorry didn't get name) stayed with my daughter until the injection was done to help her relax. Dr Paris talked with me several times also very supportive.

Great staff and great service! Highly recommend! Front desk staff amazing! Amy was great and answered all questions I asked. I have referred several friends and coworkers and they love them as well!

Great staff! Very caring and I was going to leave due to anxiety but The endodontist and the staff put me at ease and told jokes to make me laugh. They also talked to me about the cause of the anxiety. I decided to stay and get root canal done and so glad I did! Thank You so much

The staff is very friendly. The receptionist, Emmy has a very sweet and cheerful voice. Dr. Paris seems to me, a thorough and dedicated man. His assistant, GG is as sweet as ever. The place is serene and clean. They took very good care of me. I highly recommend. Heads up: I went for a for a root canal and after it was done, I was to pay $400 (after insurance). I asked if I could pay half - $200 and set up payment plan for the balance but they said, No! Luckily, I had up to that amount on my card (which I had planned for other expenses) and paid it up immediately. I advice you discuss pricing with them first before going so that you have your money ready at checkout.

This is one of THE WORST dentist's offices that I o have EVER BEEN TO!!! Dr. Paris is EXTREMELY RUDE and his staff is too!!! I went in for a root Canal procedure this afternoon, and he seemed aggravated with me because I was in pain!!! 0/10 WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND, EVER!!!!!

The staff is amazing and very friendly. They accommodated me in a timely manner and was seen right away. As a new patient and new to the state I can honestly say everyone was very welcoming. The office is very modern and used up to date instruments and technology. My experience was a good one. As it being my first root canal and was in major pain the doctor and dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that I would be out of pain soon. The bedside manner of both assistant and doctor was at its utmost professionalism. Everything from walking into the door and filling out paperwork was easy. I highly recommend Dr. Paris. He is gentle and felt no pain when it was time for the anesthetic. Parking was easy and the location was easy to find. You are in great hands if you come to this office. Thank you Dr. Paris and staff for everything. If I could give more stars I would.

Very friendly staff, however, I was referred to this establishment by Dr. Maholick, a dentist in Columbus, for a tooth that was not giving me a problem. I kept advising the staff as well as Dr. Paris that that tooth was not an issue and it was a tooth on the other side. I have finally moved back to Atlanta and was finally given a root canal for the tooth that was causing me pain. After 2+ years I am finally able to chew on my right side. Feels great to have a dentist and endodontists to actually listen to you.

I went in for an emergency root canal. When I got there, I filled out 4 forms and paid ahead of time. Then I waited, then the lady calls me over and said they canceled my appointment yesterday, because they left a voicemail and I did not return the call. I have a new phone and had not set up my new voicemail, so I was not alerted to a call. If they would have texted me or something I would get, then I would have been able to respond. I took a day off of work for this and they do nothing to accommodate. And get this, the lady calls me back and wants to argue with me. Other doctors in the area have a lot better service and care. I would skip this place...
